1. What do I receive from the package?

With this package, you will receive:

2. What will I pay?

You will pay a fixed monthly subscription fee over 24 months, depending on your selected package. 

• The Straits Times All-Digital: $29.90 x 24 months with complimentary $150 Zig voucher codes, OR
• The Straits Times All-Digital + Print*: $29.90 x 24 months with complimentary$150 Zig voucher codes. *Additional delivery charges of $3-5 applies monthly. 
  
  

3. How will I receive vouchers?

Your Zig voucher code will be mailed to you within 2 months from your purchase date after 1 month of successful payment.

4. Do the voucher codes come with an expiry date? 

Yes, the voucher codes has 6 months of expiry date. Please note that no refund or exchange will be provided for any unutilised voucher codes.

5.  Can I transfer voucher codes to someone else?

The voucher codes provided are for your personal and non-commercial use only. You will not resell the voucher codes to any other persons whether for profit or otherwise, and you shall not charge other persons for use of the voucher codes.

6. Who is eligible to take up this promotion?

Only new subscribers are eligible to take up this promotion. Depending on your current subscription status, a one-time transition fee may or may not apply.

7. What is the minimum subscription period?

A 24-month minimum subscription period applies to all packages in this promotion.

8. What if I cancel my subscription before the contract ends?

If you terminate your subscription to the Package before the expiry of the applicable Minimum Subscription Period for any reason whatsoever, or you fail to pay to us any sums as and when due during your subscription, we may terminate your subscription and you shall be liable for the following termination fees and charges:
