Getting Started & Eligibility

Who is eligible to subscribe?

Everyone is welcome to sign up for a standard monthly recurring subscription (non-promotional).

For promotional offers with contract terms, the following eligibility criteria generally apply:

  • Local Residents: Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents.

  • Foreign Residents: Foreign workers residing in Singapore with work permits or passes valid for at least 24 months from the date of application.

Eligibility may vary depending on the specific package or promotion. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions for full details.

 

What’s the difference between all these packages? 
We offer three main tiers to suit different reading habits:

  • Personal Edition: Perfect for a single user on one mobile device.

  • All Digital: Our most popular digital plan; allows 4 concurrent app logins for the whole family.

  • All Digital + Print: The complete experience with all the digital perks of the "All Digital" plan, plus the print delivered to your home.

Managing Your Subscription

I have an active subscription. How do I upgrade or make changes? 

You can manage your account by logging in at subscribe.sph.com.sg. Alternatively, reach out to our Customer Service team:

 

I would like to subscribe to a print-only package. Where can I do so?

Promotions & Gifts

How do I find out more about the existing promotions? 

On the subscription page, look for the "gift" icon or promotional banner. You can click on the arrow at the top of the gift section to expand the details and see the full terms of the offer.

 

I have subscribed to a promotional package, when will I receive my gift? 

The delivery timeline depends on the type of promotion you selected:

  • Vouchers (e.g., Takashimaya): Physical vouchers will be mailed to your registered address approximately 3 months from your purchase date, provided your account remains active.

  • Digital Access/Workshops (e.g., BT Property Outlook): You will typically receive an email with login instructions or registration links for exclusive workshops within 7 to 14 working days of your subscription activation.

  • Physical Gifts (e.g., Samsung Ultra S26): The appointed courier will contact you within 10 working days to arrange for the delivery or collection of your device.

 

My gift hasn’t arrived within the timeframe. Who should I contact?

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your gift, please reach out to our Customer Service team at 6388 3838 or email circs@sph.com.sg with your account number, billing address and contact number. We’ll be happy to track it for you! 

Print Delivery

Where can I check whether the print has been delivered to my letterbox or doorstep?

Delivery methods vary by location. You can check the specific delivery method for your address here.

Are there delivery charges? 

Yes, for plans that include the physical newspaper, a monthly delivery charge of $3–$5 applies, depending on your residential type.
