How to clear SPHtab App cache and data?

Step 1: Swipe up to reveal all apps. Click into the “Settings” app

 

Step 2: Look for “Apps” within Settings

 

Step 3: Click on “SPHtab”

 

Step 4: Click into “Storage”

 

Step 5: You should see the below screenshot. Click on “Clear data” and “Clear cache” found at the bottom of the screen. Reopen the SPHtab app, login and you are good to go!

 

Clearing data and cache is especially useful when you find that your tablet performance is not optimal.

For security reasons, your session times out after you've been inactive for a while. Click Extend the Session to stay logged in.
