When will I receive the Reward Points after successful subscription?

Your Reward Points will be credited to your account within 3 weeks after your subscription is successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the points have been credited to your account through the Zaobao App.

How can I check if my Reward Points have been credited to my account?

You can easily check your points balance through the Zaobao App:
- Launch the Zaobao App on your mobile device
- Tap on "我的" (My Account)
- Select "积分站" (Reward Points Station)  to view your current points balance

How do I redeem my Reward Points?

1. Access the Rewards Portal:
    - Open your Zaobao App
    - Navigate to "Reward Points Station" (积分站) under the "My Account" (我的) section
    - Scroll to "Gift Exchange" (兑换好礼)

2. Select the "Subscription Exclusive" (订阅特惠) section
    - Browse available items and their point requirements
    - Choose your preferred item and tap "立即兑换" to redeem the item

Important Notes:
• Items are while stocks last, and last day of redemption is 15 Dec 2025
• All redemptions are final and cannot be exchanged
• Delivery timelines may vary based on item availability

Tip: Redeem early as popular items may sell out quickly!

Will my Reward Points expire?

Yes, your Reward Points are valid for one year from the date they are credited. Any unused points will expire automatically after this period.

Before your reward points expire, you can combine them with those earned from daily activities (i.e. reading articles, sharing stories and more) to redeem additional rewards at the main Zaobao Reward Station.

What if my desired item from the "Subscription Exclusive" (订阅特惠) section is out of stock?

All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability. 

SPH Chinese Media Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Replace unavailable items with alternatives of equal value;
- Adjust available quantities without prior notice; and
- Modify redemption terms during the promotion period, as deemed necessary.

We recommend redeeming early as popular items may sell out quickly!

How do I receive items redeemed under the "Subscription Exclusive" (订阅特惠) section?

Free doorstep delivery (usual cost: $15) is included for all eligible redemptions completed under the "Subscription Exclusive" (订阅特惠) section during the campaign period (18 Sep - 15 Dec 2025).

Your redeemed item(s) will be delivered to the address provided during redemption within 14 working days from the date of redemption. 

Premiums: The delivery team will contact you to schedule the delivery date. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery.

Vouchers

  • Physical vouchers - Via tracked mail for secure delivery
  • Digital vouchers - Via email after successful redemption

What happens if I miss the delivery of my redeemed item under the "Subscription Exclusive" section?

We will make up to 1 re-delivery attempt at no additional cost.
A re-delivery fee of $15 will apply for any further arrangements.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel* your subscription to the package by providing us with at least 30 days’ prior notice, either via email zbocs@sph.com.sg or telephone @ 6319 1800. All of your entitlements under the Package will cease upon the expiry of your payment term.

*All amounts (including any unutilised amount of the Promotional Subscription Fee) paid prior to the date of termination will be strictly non-refundable.
