Your 30,000 reward points will be automatically credited to your Zaobao Rewards Station account within three weeks after your subscription is successfully processed. 

To ensure your points are credited, please activate your account by following these steps:

1. Download or update to the latest version of Lianhe Zaobao App.
2. Log in using your SPH Media account (mySPH ID) used for your subscription.
3. Tap on "我的" (My Account) icon in the bottom right corner.
4. Tap on "积分站" (Rewards Station) to activate.

You will receive a confirmation email once the points have been credited via Lianhe Zaobao App.

You can easily check your points balance through Lianhe Zaobao App:

1. Launch Lianhe Zaobao App on your mobile device
2. Tap on "我的" (My Account)
3. You may view your reward points balance located under your mySPH ID.

1. Access the Rewards Station:
- Open Lianhe Zaobao App
- Go to "我的" (My Account) and tap "积分站" (Rewards Station)
- Scroll down to "兑换好礼" (Redeem Gifts) section

2. Enter "订阅特惠" (Subscriber Exclusive) section
- Browse the curated selection of gifts and the points required for each
- Select your preferred e-voucher
- Review your choice and tap "立即兑换" (Redeem Now) to confirm

Important Notes:
- Expiry dates vary by merchant; please check the terms and conditions for each e-voucher.
- E-vouchers are available in limited quantities and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Points are deducted immediately upon confirmation. Redemptions cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
- E-vouchers will be emailed to you within three weeks.

Yes, your 30,000 Reward Points are valid for one year from the date they are credited. Any unused points will expire automatically after this period.

To maximise your rewards, you can combine these points with those earned from daily activities (such as reading and sharing articles) to redeem gifts at the Zaobao Rewards Station before they expire.

All rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability.

Chinese Media Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Substitute unavailable items with alternatives of equal value;
- Adjust stock quantities without prior notice; and
- Modify redemption terms as necessary during the promotion period.

You may cancel* your subscription to the package by providing us with at least 30 days’ prior notice, either via email zbocs@sph.com.sg or telephone @ 6319 1800. All of your entitlements under the Package will cease upon the expiry of your payment term.

*All amounts (including any unutilised amount of the Promotional Subscription Fee) paid prior to the date of termination will be strictly non-refundable.
