What is this promotion about?
This promotion lets you receive $180 worth of Scoot e-Vouchers when you subscribe to The Straits Times All-Digital or All-Digital + Print package for 24 months, subject to terms and conditions.
Who is eligible for this promotion?
You are eligible if you are:
- A new subscriber, or
- A vendor subscriber switching to a direct subscription, or
- A month-to-month or year-to-year subscriber without an existing minimum subscription period
You must be residing in Singapore and hold a valid NRIC, PR status, or work pass for the full 24-month subscription period.
Who is not eligible for this promotion?
You are not eligible if:
- You or anyone in your household currently has a subscription with a minimum subscription period, or
- Such a subscription was terminated within the last 90 days, or
- You attempt to combine this promotion with other ongoing promotions or deals.
How many Scoot vouchers will I receive?
You will receive one set of $180 worth of Scoot e-Vouchers per subscription, limited to one per household.
When will I receive my Scoot e-Voucher?
You will receive a Redemption Email within 3 working days after your subscription is confirmed. However, the vouchers will only be fulfilled after you have maintained an active, uninterrupted subscription for up to 60 days and made full payment during that period.
What happens if I cancel my subscription before 60 days?
If you cancel or fail to pay during the first 60 days:
- Your Scoot e-Voucher will not be issued, and
- You will not be entitled to the premium.
What happens if I cancel after receiving the voucher but before 24 months?
If you terminate your subscription before completing the 24-month minimum period:
- You will be charged a $20 administrative fee, and
- A $180 termination fee (equivalent to the voucher value).
What if I don't use my Scoot e-Voucher?
Unused or expired vouchers will be forfeited, and no refund or replacement will be provided. Your subscription obligations will still continue for the full 24-month period.
Who should I contact if I have issues redeeming my Scoot voucher?
All voucher redemption issues must be directed to Scoot, as they are the voucher provider. SPH Media is not responsible for redemption issues, service disruptions, or changes made by Scoot.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel* your subscription to the package by providing us with at least 30 days’ prior notice, either via email or telephone. All of your entitlements under the Package will cease upon the expiry of your payment term.
*All amounts (including any unutilised amount of the Promotional Subscription Fee) paid prior to the date of termination will be strictly non-refundable.
