When will I start receiving my newspapers after subscribing?

| New Subscribers | For subscriptions bought through our subscription website | Deliveries will start 3 working days after purchase of subscription |
| For subscriptions bought through our Customer Service hotline | Deliveries will generally start on within 3 working days or the 1st day of the upcoming month. | |
| Vendor Subscribers | For applications received from 1st - 15th of current month | Deliveries will not be interrupted. Your direct subscription with SPH will commence on the 1st day of the upcoming month. For instance, if you request a conversion on January 15th, your direct subscription with SPH will take effect on February 1st. |
| For applications received from 16th - 31st of current month | Deliveries will not be interrupted. Your direct subscription with SPH will commence on the 1st day of the month after the upcoming month. For instance, if you request a conversion on January 16th, your direct subscription with SPH will take effect on March 1st. |
Do I have to pay two delivery fees if I subscribe to two newspapers?
If you are delivering more than one publication to the same residential address under the same subscriber account, you will only be charged one delivery fee for that residential address and account.
I didn't receive my newspaper today.
The newspaper will be delivered to you by 7.30am daily unless exceptional circumstances such as press breakdowns or insertion of breaking news occurs.
In the event that you experience any issues pertaining to delivery of newspapers (including but not limited to non-delivery of print edition of the newspaper), please alert us within the same day by reporting your delivery issue here.
Alternatively, you may call our hotline 6388 3838 or email to us at circs@sph.com.sg no later than two (2) days after the date of the newspaper(s) in question.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel* your subscription to the package by providing us with at least 30 days’ prior notice, either via email or telephone. All of your entitlements under the Package will cease upon the expiry of your payment term.
*All amounts (including any unutilised amount of the Promotional Subscription Fee) paid prior to the date of termination will be strictly non-refundable.
