3. How will I receive the product?
The product will be self collected at the redemption center and take note of the information below.
- Your product will be collected at the appointed redemption center, Short Q Redemption Centre, 176 Orchard Road #01-57, The Centrepoint, S238843. Opening hours daily 11am to 8pm. For more information, please visit www.shortq.sg.
- Orders placed before 1 September 2026: Collection starts from 1 September 2026.
- Orders placed on or after 1 September 2026: Collection will be available from the next day after your order date.
- Product not collected within 1 month from the date of purchase will be forfeited.
- You must be physically present during the collection, and please present your NRIC and digital/printed Redemption letter for verification.
- The name provided in the subscription application must match exactly the name stated on the subscriber’s NRIC. The home address provided must also correspond with the subscriber’s NRIC. SPH Media Limited or the redemption center reserves the right to reject any application or withhold redemption of product where the name provided does not match the identification records.
4. Can I transfer the product to someone else?
The product is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only. You will not resell the product to any other persons whether for profit or otherwise, and you shall not charge other persons for use of the product.

7. Who is eligible to take up this promotion?
All existing and new subscribers are eligible to take up this promotion. Depending on your current subscription status, a one-time transition fee may or may not apply.
- No transition fee will be charged if you are:

- New subscribers to The Straits Times or The Business Times
- Vendor subscribers converting to a direct subscription*
- Existing SPH subscribers without an ongoing contract
- Existing SPH subscribers with an ongoing contract from News Tablet, In App purchase, Lianhe Zaobao, ShinMin Daily, Berita Harian and Tamil Murasu.
- You may wish to opt for a change of subscription to this promotion if you are:

8. What is the minimum subscription period?
A 24-month minimum subscription period applies to all packages in this promotion.
9. Can I opt for a Full Payment?
Yes, you can opt for a full upfront payment on the 24 month package. You can select the Pay Next Month or Pay in Full option under Grab payment or under SPH payment option.
10. What if I cancel my subscription before the contract ends?
If you terminate your subscription to the Package before the expiry of the applicable Minimum Subscription Period for any reason whatsoever, or you fail to pay to us any sums as and when due during your subscription, we may terminate your subscription and you shall be liable for the following termination fees and charges:
a. early termination fee of:
No. of remaining months in Minimum Subscription Period based on SPH’s billing cycle X $1,188.60 (Dyson PencilVac) or $1,043.60 (Dyson PencilWash) / 24months.
b. a further $20 administration fee applies if the chosen payment mode for the Package is through SPH payment mode.
11. Can I get a refund after I’ve made the purchase?
No refund strictly for product and subscription made or change of subscription plan.
12. What happens after the 24-month contract period?
Upon the expiry of 24 months from commencement date of your Package, your Package will be ceased. Should you wish to renew your subscription, please call our Customer Service Team at 6388 3838; or email us at circs@sph.com.sg for further instructions.

13. Can I combine this promotion with other discounts or offers?
No.
