Who is eligible for the promotion?

This Promotion is open to registered businesses in Singapore with a valid place of business in Singapore that received promotion details communicated by SPH to your business.

a) You are eligible for this Promotion if you fall within one of the following groups of subscribers:

“Print Conversion Subscribers“: Subscribers who currently have or held a Print-only subscription to SPH News Publication(s).

Can I have the option to have print subscription copies to be sent to home addresses?

Yes, monthly delivery charges are charged per subscriber account per delivery address.

Please note if deliveries are made to home addresses, there may be instances where delivery will be made to the letterbox instead of doorstep. Please check here to understand how your newspaper will be delivered.

Can I arrange for the print subscription copies to be sent to my employees’ home addresses?

Yes. Delivery fee is chargeable per account per delivery address.

I have just renewed my Print-only subscription(s) after receiving the Renewal Letter, how do I enjoy this promotion?

Our Customer Experience team can help to change your Print-only subscription to All-Digital + Print, so that you can enjoy either the 10% off subscription offer or the 3-month Free Trial offer.

I want to switch my current Print-only package to All-Digital + Print, and purchase additional One-Digital / Personal Edition package(s). Will I enjoy 10% discount off the One-Digital / Personal Edition subscription?

Please note the 10% discount only applies to All-Digital + Print and All-Digital packages, One-Digital / Personal Edition packages do not qualify for this discount.

You can purchase another All-Digital + Print or All-Digital package instead, to enjoy the 10% discount.

I want to enjoy 10% off my subscriptions and also get the 3-month Free Trial Package(s). Is this possible?

Please note the 10% off subscription offer and the 3-month Free Trial Package offer are mutually exclusive.

The 10% off subscription offer is only available to Corporate subscribers that purchase additional packages, on top of switching all current or previously held Print-only Publication package(s) to All-Digital + Print, based on SPH records.

The 3-month Free Trial Package offer is only available to Corporate subscribers that switch current or previously held Print-only Publication package(s) to All-Digital + Print, based on SPH records. You are entitled to one (1) 3-month Free Trial Package for every Print-only Publication package that is switched to All-Digital + Print.

How will the 3-month Free Trial Package be issued for redemption?

An email containing a unique promotion code and redemption instructions will be sent to your email address, 60 days after first payment for the 24-month Subscription Package at Full Fees is completed.

What happens to the 3-month Free Trial Packages after 3 months?

Monthly Recurring Payment or Full Payment Arrangement:

The subscription to the 3-month Free Trial Package will cease after 3 months. There will be no automatic renewal.

I want to switch my Print-only subscription(s) to All-Digital + Print package(s) to enjoy promotion, but only want the physical paper to be delivered from Monday to Friday. Is this doable?

Yes, this is doable. Please inform our Customer Experience team and they will help you to select the appropriate subscription package.

B. Payment

What are the payment methods available?

Credit Card or Invoice on a monthly or full payment arrangement.

Must my subscription be automatically renewed after the 24-months?

Monthly Recurring Payment Arrangement:

If your subscription is on a monthly recurring payment arrangement, we will continue to charge you the prevailing subscription fee after your contract expires. The monthly subscription fee will be subject to the prevailing prices of your subscription package.

If you wish to cancel, please email us at corporatecx@sph.com.sg or call us at 6388 3838. Kindly note that we require 30 days notice for all terminations.

Full Payment:

A renewal letter will be sent to you six weeks before your subscription ends. If you would like to renew your subscription, you can mail back the confirmation slip and payment details, or email us at corporatecx@sph.com.sg.

How can I resolve discrepancies or inaccuracies relating to payment?

In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies in your invoice/statement/records relating to the payment for your subscription, please notify us promptly by contacting our Customer Experience team no later than 14 days from the date of the invoice/statement/records for us to investigate the matter.

C. Termination

How can I terminate my subscription on behalf of my company?

To terminate your subscription, please email us at corporateCX@sph.com.sg with the following information:

Company Name, Contact Number, Address, Publication(s)

We require 30 days notice for all cancellations. Your subscription will remain active until we receive your written notice of the termination request. We will inform you once your termination is processed and we will stop charging your account in the following billing cycle.

For early termination of subscription, you will not receive any refund of subscription fees paid in advance for your subscription, whether for the current billing cycle or any unused portion of your subscription. Early termination fees may apply.

What are the fees associated with early termination?

An administrative fee of S$20 and termination fee of S$90 apply.
