1. Package Details / Eligibility / Payment

(a) Does this package come with a print copy delivered to my office?

No, this is a digital subscription to The Business Times and it does not include the print newspaper.

(b) Is a seat = a subscription?

Yes.

(c) How do I know if I am eligible for these subscription plans?

All corporate subscribers with a registered commercial address are eligible to subscribe.

Individual subscribers with a residential address can browse our subscription packages at http://bt.sg/subscribe.

(d) When will the billing for my subscription start?

Your subscription will officially start within 1 day from the date of your purchase.

Your first billing will begin 2-3 working days after your purchase and will cover the first period of your subscription (be it monthly recurring or yearly payments) from your official subscription start date.

(e) How many concurrent accesses do I get with each seat?

You get 1 access to The Business Times website (businesstimes.com.sg) and 1 access to the BT app concurrently.

(f) What happens if I want to terminate my subscription? 

To terminate your subscription, please email us at corporateCX@sph.com.sg with the following information:

We require 30 days notice for all cancellations. Your subscription will remain active until we receive your written notice of the termination request. We will inform you once your termination is processed and we will stop charging your account in the following billing cycle.

2. How do I make payment?

We accept payment via credit card. For other payment methods, please kindly email us at corporateCX@sph.com.sg.
