2. Delivery Fees
Monthly delivery charges are charged per subscriber account per delivery address. Please note if deliveries are made to home addresses, there may be instances where delivery will be made to the letterbox instead of doorstep. Please note if you opt for any changes to the default delivery (example: deliver to doorstep when only mailbox delivery is available for specified address), the delivery fee incurred is $10 instead.

A. Packages
Who is eligible for the promotion?
This Promotion is open to registered businesses in Singapore with a valid place of business in Singapore.
(a) you are eligible for this Promotion if you fall within one of the following groups of subscribers:
(i) Received this promotion offer directly from SPH Media or via our Customer Experience team
(ii) “Additional Package Subscribers”: Current business subscribers who are buying new SPH subscription plans in addition to existing subscription plans. No changes or renewal to existing subscription plans are allowed.
(b) Notwithstanding the above, you will not be eligible for this Promotion if your business had terminated such a subscription within the 90 days prior to the date of your application under this Promotion.
Can I have the option to have print subscription copies to be sent to home addresses?
Yes, monthly delivery charges are charged per subscriber account per delivery address.

Can I arrange for the print subscription copies to be sent to my employees’ home addresses?

Can I request for a temporary suspension of delivery of print newspaper(s)?

If I am paying subscription fees to a newspaper vendor currently and would like to switch to become a direct subscriber with SPH Media, how will that affect the vendor?
By subscribing directly with us, it will lessen administrative tasks from vendors and will not impact the livelihood of vendors.
B. Payment
What are the payment methods available?
Credit Card or Invoice on a monthly payment arrangement.
Must my subscription be automatically renewed after the 18-months?
Monthly Recurring Payment Arrangement:
If your subscription is on a monthly (or yearly) recurring payment arrangement, we will continue to charge you the prevailing subscription fee after your contract expires. The monthly (or annual) subscription fee will be subject to the prevailing prices of your subscription package. If you wish to cancel, please email us at corporatecx@sph.com.sg or call us at 6388 3838. Kindly note that we require 30 days notice for all terminations.
How can I resolve discrepancies or inaccuracies relating to payment?
In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies in your invoice/statement/records relating to the payment for your subscription, please notify us promptly by contacting our Customer Experience team no later than 14 days from the date of the invoice/statement/records for us to investigate the matter.
C. Termination
How can I terminate my subscription on behalf of my company?
To terminate your subscription, please email us at corporateCX@sph.com.sg with the following information:
Company Name, Contact Number, Address, Publication(s)
We require 30 days notice for all cancellations. Your subscription will remain active until we receive your written notice of the termination request. We will inform you once your termination is processed and we will stop charging your account in the following billing cycle.
For early termination of subscription, you will be liable to pay the applicable administrative and termination fees. If full payment of subscription fees was made, you will receive a pro-rated refund of subscription fees, subject to payment of any applicable early termination fee.
