What premium is included?
Subscribers will receive $150 worth of Sheng Siong vouchers ($10 × 15 vouchers) with every 24-month subscription to The Straits Times All-Digital or All-Digital + Print packages.
Do the vouchers come with an expiry date?
No, the vouchers do not have an expiry date. Please note that no refund or exchange will be provided for any unutilised vouchers.
When will I receive the vouchers?
Your Sheng Siong vouchers will be mailed to you within 3 months from your purchase date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can only cancel your subscription if you have fulfilled the minimum subscription period (or contract period) under the promotion that you have opted in for.
To cancel, provide us with at least 30 days’ prior notice, either via email or telephone. All of your entitlements under the Package will cease upon the expiry of your payment term.
All amounts paid prior to termination (including any unused portion of the Promotional Subscription Fee) are strictly non-refundable.
