What is the one-stop plaque and licensing service?
The one-stop plaque and licensing service is designed for you to own a copy of the news coverage of your business in any of the SPH Media’s news and lifestyle titles. You may share it with your audience online and at your place of business. Licence for public display is due for renewal on a yearly basis.
Why should I be taking this plaque bundling service?
Any reproduction or online reposting of SPH Media’s content requires licensing. With licensing, you can reproduce SPH Media's content to amplify the news coverage of your business.
Can I customise the design and layout of the plaque?
The article/s printed on the plaque will be as close to the published version of the article/s as possible. It also comes with the newspaper masthead at the top. We will remove ads and other content not relevant to your article/s. Please write to us for any customisations requests and we will advise accordingly.
Can I incorporate our company's logo or branding on the plaque?
Yes. Additional fees may apply. Please write to us for more details and we will advise accordingly.
What are the sizes and materials of the plaque that I can choose from?
The plaque materials available are wooden, metal, canvas and acrylic. The sizes range from A4 to A1. Please note that A1 size is available for metal and canvas only.
What is the lead time required to create the plaque?
Between 10 - 14 working days (including delivery).
Can I request to view the samples of plaques before I place an order?
We will provide samples of plaques materials via e-mail or you may also arrange to view the sample plaques at our office (please make an appointment before heading down). As for plaque samples of your articles, we focus our resources to support confirmed orders. Hence, we will work to send you the artwork proof for approval only after order confirmation. We will start production only after you have approved the artwork.
Payment
What are the accepted payment methods?
An invoice will be emailed to you for payment. Methods for payment include PayNow, Bank Transfer, Credit Card and cheque
What is the return / refund policy?
Orders placed are final. No refund or returns for confirmed orders.
