What are the payment methods available?
Credit Card or Invoice on a monthly or full payment arrangement.
Can I arrange for the print subscription copies to be sent to my teams' home addresses?
Yes. Delivery fee is chargeable at $4, per account per delivery address.
Delivery Fees will vary based on location and the type of premises delivered to. Please note if deliveries are made to home addresses, there may be instances where delivery will be made to the letterbox instead of doorstep. Please check here to understand how your newspaper will be delivered.
Must my subscription be automatically renewed after the specified promotion contract duration?
Monthly/ Yearly Recurring Payment Arrangement:
If your subscription is on a monthly (or yearly) recurring payment arrangement, we will continue to charge you the prevailing subscription fee after your contract expires. The monthly (or annual) subscription fee will be subject to the prevailing prices of your subscription package.
If you wish to cancel, please email our Corporate Customer Experience team at corporatecx@sph.com.sg or call 6388 3838. Kindly note that we require 30 days notice for all terminations.
Full Payment:
A renewal letter will be sent to you six weeks before your subscription ends. If you would like to renew your subscription, you can mail back the confirmation slip and payment details, or email us at corporatecx@sph.com.sg.

What happens if my business terminates subscriptions during the specified promotion contract period?
For early termination of subscription, you will not receive any refund of subscription fees paid in advance for your subscription, whether for the current billing cycle or any unused portion of your subscription. Early termination fees and associated administrative fees may apply, in accordance with the promotion Terms and Conditions.
