PropNex Redemption Terms and Conditions

1.      Qualifying customers ("users") are required to register for one (1) account.

2.      Users are not allowed to share their login credentials with anyone else.

3.      Upon successful registration and activation of the subscription, users will have access to The Straits Times or The Business Times for twelve (12) months from the day of registration. For the avoidance of doubt, users shall not be entitled to any refund of the Subscription Fees if a Redemption Code expires before activation.

5.      The information which you provide to us may be used and disclosed by SPH Media Limited and our subsidiaries, affiliates, business partners and contractors (who may be based outside Singapore) for the following purposes:

d.      To communicate with you;

e.       To enforce contractual and legal rights and obligations;

f.        For marketing research, user profile and statistical analysis;

g.       Complying with the law, the requests of law enforcement and regulatory officials, or orders of court; and

h.      For any other purposes for which we have obtained your consent, including during the registration process under our Member Terms and Conditions

6.      All personal data which is collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by SPH Media Limited in connection with this promotion will be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by SPH Media Limited in accordance with applicable laws and any privacy policy SPH Media Limited introduces from time to time on https://www.sph.com.sg/tnc/privacy.
