The Straits Times Digital Access Campaign Terms and Conditions
  1. Only new subscribers (i.e. those who do not have an existing subscription for the Straits Times registered to their email address) are eligible for this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, ST subscribers with an existing contract, Package, and/or bundle package are not eligible for this promotion.
  2. Qualifying customers (“Users”) of The Straits Times may register to gain digital access to The Straits Times.
  3. Each registration entitles the User to one (1) account to access The Straits Times digital packages. Users are not allowed to share their login credentials with anyone else.
  4. Each unique email address is only valid to register for one (1) account to access The Straits Times digital packages.
  5. Upon successful registration and activation of the subscription, Users will have access to The Straits Times packages up to one (1) year from the day of registration.
  6. This promotion is not valid with any other promotions.

  8. Information which you provide to us may be used and disclosed by SPH Media Limited and our subsidiaries, affiliates, business partners and contractors (who may be based outside Singapore) for the following purposes:

    3. To verify and process your personal particulars and payments;
    4. To communicate with you;
    5. To enforce contractual and legal rights and obligations;
    6. For marketing research, user profile and statistical analysis;
    7. Complying with law, the requests of law enforcement and regulatory officials, or orders of court; and
    8. For any other purposes for which we have obtained your consent, including during the registration process under our Member Terms and Conditions

All personal data which is collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by SPH Media Limited in connection with this promotion will be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by SPH Media Limited in accordance with applicable laws and any privacy policy SPH Media Limited introduces from time to time on http://sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html
