1. This subscription promotion (“Promotion”) is administered by SPH Media Limited (“SPH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Participation in this Promotion is subject to:

(a) the terms herein, and

           (b) the Standard Subscription Terms and Conditions found at https://subscribe.sph.com.sg/terms-and-conditions/ (“Standard T&Cs”). 

                 (collectively, the “T&Cs”)

           In the event of any conflict or inconsistency among the T&Cs, the terms herein will take precedence over the Standard T&Cs. 

3. Under this Promotion, you may receive a premium item (“Premium”) when you sign up for a new subscription to any of the applicable publications (“Publication(s)”) under the applicable subscription package (“Package”). 

4. Subscriptions under this Promotion will be subject to the relevant minimum subscription period (“Minimum Subscription Period”). Details are as set out in the table below.

5. This Promotion is valid during the period commencing from 20 February 2023 until 20 March 2023, or until all the Premiums available under this Promotion have been fully redeemed, whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period“). 

6. To qualify for this Promotion and the Premium: 

    (a) you must meet the eligibility criteria set out in the T&Cs (in particular, Clause 6 below), 

    (b) we must receive your duly completed application form and payment before the Promotion Period ends (requests for extensions will not be entertained); and 

    (c) you agree to and shall maintain your subscription to the relevant Package without any change for the whole of the applicable Minimum Subscription Period. 

7. Eligibility:

    (a) This Promotion is open to Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents, and foreigners residing in Singapore and have work permits or passes which are valid for the duration of the applicable Minimum Subscription Period.

    (b) Subject to sub-clause (c) below, you are eligible for this Promotion if you fall within one of the following groups of subscribers:

         (i) “New Subscribers“: Subscribers who do not currently have a subscription to the Package.

         (ii) “Vendor Subscribers“: Current subscribers of the Publication(s) who are paying their subscription fees to a newspaper vendor (your subscription with your vendor will be terminated and you will become a direct subscriber of the Package with us).

         (iii) “Month-to-Month Subscribers“: Current subscribers of the Publication(s) under an existing subscription plan with us which is renewed automatically monthly (your new subscription will replace your current subscription and you will be subject to the Minimum Subscription Period).

    (c) Notwithstanding the above, you will not be eligible for this Promotion if you, or any member of your household:

         (i) have an existing subscription to the Publication(s) with us which is subject to a minimum subscription period (including a subscription to the Package), or 

          (ii) had terminated such a subscription within the 90 days prior to the date of your application under this Promotion. 

A “household” refers to a domestic unit comprising members of the same family who have the same billing address and/or delivery address

8. You may not participate in this Promotion in conjunction with other promotions and deals that we may be offering at the same time. 

9. Notwithstanding any term herein, we have the right to determine your eligibility or decline acceptance of your application for this Promotion at our sole and absolute discretion and our decision thereon shall be final and binding. If we determine that any of the information you provided in your subscription under this Promotion is not true and does not meet the requirements under the T&Cs or that you have otherwise breached any of the T&Cs, we may terminate your subscription and recover from you the Premium or the value of the Premium provided to you under this Promotion, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies against you under the T&Cs.

10. Where a Premium is offered in connection with your subscription, additional terms apply: 

      (a) You may only redeem one Premium per subscription and per household. 

      (b) If your application for the Promotion is successful, an email (“Redemption Email”) containing details of your subscription to the Package and how to redeem the Premium will be sent to you within one (1) working day of confirmation of your subscription under this Promotion. 

      (c) Premiums must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions and terms as stated on the Redemption Email. Any Premium not redeemed within the validity period of the Premium for any reason, including expiry or service disruption, will be forfeited. In such event, for the avoidance of doubt, your obligations under the terms herein (including, without limitation, to maintain the subscription for the Minimum Subscription Period) will continue to apply in full.

      (d) If the Premium is to be delivered to your registered address, you must be physically present during the delivery, and if requested, present your NRIC and digital/printed Redemption Email for verification.

      (e) The Premium is provided by a third party, NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd (the “Premium Provider“), and is to be redeemed or used according to their terms and conditions. By participating in this Promotion and using or redeeming the Premium, you accept that:

           (i) Any dispute about the quality, condition, or redemption of the Premium (including warranty claims, if any) is to be resolved directly with the Premium Provider and we are not obliged to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with them.

          (ii) You use the Premium at your own risk. We are not responsible for and we do not guarantee: (1) that the Premium Provider’s services or platforms will be accessible, secure, reliable, or be without disruption, interruption, errors, virus or other harmful elements, or (2) that the results, information, contents or materials derived from the use of their services or platforms are accurate, reliable or suitable for its users. 

          (iii) The Premium Provider may update, modify, or change the terms and conditions of use of the Premium or its services at any time, and we shall not be liable to you for any such update, modification, or change. 

          (iv) Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind in respect of the Premium, whether implied, express or statutory, including without limitation the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

          (v) To the fullest extent allowed by applicable laws, we shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for: (1) your use of the Premium, (2) any delay, failure, or default of the Premium (including redemption of the Premium), (3) any service offered by the Premium Provider (including, but not limited to, any failure, interruption, disruption or downtime on the Premium Provider’s platform / mobile application), and (4) the acts, omissions and conduct of any third parties (including the Premium Provider) in connection with or related to your use of the Premium. You further indemnify us against any losses or damages that we may suffer arising from your use or redemption of the Premium.

     (f) The Premium is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only. You will not resell the Premium to any other persons whether for profit or otherwise, and you shall not charge other persons for use of the Premium. 

     (g) The Premium is available whilst stocks last, and we reserve the right and discretion to substitute the Premium with any other product of similar value. No exchange or re-election of the Premium is allowed once your application has been submitted.

     (h) The Premiums are not transferable or exchange for cash, credit, or other items, and are not valid with any other discounts, vouchers, or promotions. Any unutilized amount for the Premium will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset any existing or new subscription or promotion.

11. Upon expiry of the applicable Minimum Subscription Period, your subscription to the Package will automatically continue, without prior notice from us, on the prevailing terms until and unless you provide us with notice in writing that you wish to terminate your subscription in accordance with the said terms.

12. If you terminate your subscription to the Package before the expiry of the applicable Minimum Subscription Period for any reason whatsoever, or you fail to pay to us any sums as and when due during your subscription, we may terminate your subscription and you shall be liable for the following termination fees and charges:

13. By subscribing for the Package under this Promotion, you agree and consent:

      (a) to the terms of our privacy policy as amended from time to time, available at https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html (“Privacy Policy“), and the terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated into the T&Cs by reference; and 

      (b) that we may collect, use, process and/or disclose your personal data to communicate with you for purposes relating to this Promotion, provide you with the Premium, marketing information on products and services we offer, and such other purposes we may reasonably deem appropriate, or for such purposes that you may have otherwise given your consent for.

14. We shall in no way be responsible or liable for any loss (including, without limitation, any indirect or consequential loss and damages for loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information), liability, expenses, claims and costs arising out of or in connection with the this Promotion or the Premium, including, but not limited to, any actual or alleged injury, damage, death or other consequences occurring to any person as a result, directly or indirectly, of the possession or use of the Premium whether claimed by reason of breach of warranty, negligence, product defect or otherwise, and regardless of the form in which any such claim is made, save for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable laws (in which case that liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable laws).

15. Any waiver given by us for a breach of any of the T&Cs by you shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach on your part.

16. We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, vary, amend or revise the T&Cs and/or terminate or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

17. The T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and all persons who participate in this Promotion shall be deemed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

1. 订阅促销（简称“促销”）是由新报业媒体有限公司（简称“新报业媒体”、“我们”或“我们的”）管理。
2. 参与促销须遵守此处的条款：

(a) 促销条款与条件；

(b) 基本条款与条件 https://subscribe.sph.com.sg/terms-and-conditions/。

（统称“条款与条件”）

如果条款与条件之间存在任何冲突或不一致，将遵守以上优先顺序。

3. 在促销活动期间，当新订户订阅一下任何适用订阅配套（简称“配套”）后，您将收到一份促销赠品（简称“赠品”）。
4. 此促销受促销配套的最短订阅期（简称“最短订阅期”）约束，详情如下表所示。

5. 促销期限为 2023 年 2 月 20 日至 2023 年 3 月20 日，或赠品全部送完之日（简称“促销期”），以较早者为准。
6. 要获得此促销和赠品的资格，

(a) 您必须符合条款与条件中规定的资格标准（请参考下文第 7 条），

(b) 我们必须在促销期结束前收到您填妥的申请表和付款（不受理延期申请）；和

(c) 您同意在最短订阅期限内维持您对配套的订阅，并且不会对您的订阅配套进行任何更改。

7. 本促销活动仅适用于：

(a) 此促销适用于新加坡公民、新加坡永久居民和居住在新加坡且持有在适用的最短订阅期内有效的工作许可证或通行证的外籍人士。

(b) 以下订户组别有资格参加此促销活动：

      (i) 新订户（简称“新订户”）：不是现有订户（定义见下文）的人，以及目前没有订阅配套的人。

      (ii) 报贩订户（简称“报贩订户”）：目前通过报贩订阅《联合早报》印刷版的现有订户，目前正在向报贩支付订阅费 （在订阅促销配套后，您与报贩订阅的配套将被终止，您将成为新报业媒体的直属订户。）

      (iii) 现有每月付款订户（简称“现有订户”）：与新报业媒体签订的现有订阅配套（按月自动续订）的早报现有订户。参与此促销后，现有订户将重新订阅促销配套，并遵守其适用的最短订阅期。

(c) 尽管有上述规定，如果您或您的任何家庭成员出现以下情况，您将没有资格参加此促销活动：

      (i) 直接订阅早报配套并附带最短订阅期的早报订户, 或

      (ii) 在参加促销日期前 90 天内终止订阅。

“家庭”是指由具有相同账单地址和/或送货地址的同一家庭成员组成的家庭单位。

8. 此促销不可与其它促销优惠合併使用。
9. 尽管此处有任何条款，我们有权自行决定您是否符合资格或拒绝接受您的订阅申请，我们的决定为最终决定并具有约束力。如果我们确定您在本次促销活动的订阅中提供的任何信息不真实且不符合条款和条件的要求，或者您以其他方式违反了任何条款与条件，我们可能会终止您的订阅并向您追回溢价或根据本促销活动向您提供的赠品的价值，但不影响我们根据条款与条件对您享有的其他权利和补救措施。
10. 如果您享有促销赠品，则以下附加条款适用：

(a) 每位订户和每个家庭只有资格获赠一份赠品。

(b) 在您成功订阅配套之后，您将在一（1）个工作日后收到一封电子邮件（简称“电邮”），其中包含订阅配套与赠品的详细信息。

(c) 您必须按照兑换电子邮件中所述的说明和条款收取赠品。如果您未能在兑换电邮内标注的日期内收取赠品，将被视为弃权。在这种情况下，为免生疑问，您在本条款下的义务（包括但不限于在最短订阅期内维持订阅）将继续完全适用。

(d) 如果赠品将被派送至您的注册地址，您必须亲自在场。如果需要，请出示您的身份证和数码或打印版的电邮以便验证。

(e) 赠品由第三方 NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd（简称“赠品供应商”）提供，并根据其条款与条件收取或使用。参与此促销并接受赠品，即表示您接受：

     (i) 有关赠品的质量和状况的任何争议应直接与制造商解决，新报业媒体没有义务协助或代表订户与制造商沟通。

     (ii) 您使用赠品时需自行承担风险。我们不负责也不保证：(1) 赠品供应商的服务或平台是可访问的、安全的、可靠的，或者没有中断、错误、病毒或其他有害因素，或 (2)当用户使用其服务或平台而产生的结果、信息、内容或材料准确、可靠或适合的。

    (iii) 赠品供应商可以随时更新、修改或更改赠品或其服务的使用条款与条件，对于任何此类更新、修改或更改，我们将不承担任何责任。

    (iv) 除非法律不排除，否则我们不就溢价做出任何形式的陈述或保证，无论是暗示的、明示的还是法定的，包括但不限于不侵犯第三方权利、所有权的保证、适销性、令人满意的质量或适合特定用途。

    (v) 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们在任何情况下均不对以下情况负责：(1) 您对赠品的使用，(2)赠品的任何延误、失败或违约（包括收取赠品）， (3) 赠品供应商提供的任何服务（包括但不限于赠品供应商平台/移动应用程序的任何故障、中断或停机），以及 (4) 任何第三方的作为、不作为和行为（包括 赠品供应商）与您对赠品的使用有关。您进一步确认我们将对因您使用或收取赠品是而可能遭受的任何损失或损害不负任何责任。

(f) 赠品仅供您个人和非商业用途, 您不会将赠品转售给任何人，无论是牟利还是出于其他目的，也不得向他人收取使用赠品的费用。

(g) 赠品数量有限，送完即止。我们保留用任何其他具有类似价值的产品替代赠品的权利和酌情决定权。提交订单后，严禁取消、交换或重新选择其他赠品。

(h) 赠品不可转让或兑换现金、积分或其​​他物品，并且不可与任何其他折扣、代金券或促销活动同时使用。任何未使用的赠品金额将不予退还，也不能用于抵消任何现有或新的订阅或促销。

11. 在您订阅配套的最短订阅期满后，您同意遵照该配套当时的现行条款与条件，继续订阅。直到且除非您按照上述条款向新报业媒体提出书面通知，才能终止订阅。
12. 如果您在合约最短订阅期满前以任何理由终止合约或在合约最短订阅期间内未能向新报业媒体支付订阅费用，新报业媒体有权利根据基本条款与条件终止您的订阅，并且向您收取以下费用：

(a) 新报业媒体可不定时修改隐私政策条款，该条款可在https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html（简称“隐私政策”）中找到，以及隐私政策的条款已被引用入此条款与条件；并且

(b) 您提交的个人数据可能会被新报业媒体及其相关公司及附属公司和赞助商（统称为“新报业媒体集团”）收集、使用、处理和/或披露。您已经授权新报业媒体集团和/或其他方出于各种目的，以及新报业媒体集团视为合理的其他目的，向您发出营销活动有关的信息，其中包括与此促销或活动赠品有关的，或由新报业媒体集团和/或其他方提供的产品及服务。

14. 新报业媒体及其相关公司对于任何损失（包括但不限于任何间接或后果性损失以及利润损失、业务中断或信息丢失造成的损害）、责任、费用、索赔和成本概不负责。包括但不限于任何人因直接或间接拥有或使用活动赠品而发生的任何实际或声称的伤害、损害、死亡或其他后果，无论是因违反保证、疏忽、产品缺陷或其他原因而提出索赔，无论采用哪种形式提出任何此类索赔，但适用法律无法排除的任何责任（在这种情况下，责任仅限于适用法律允许的范围）。
15. 我们对您违反条款与条件的行为给予的弃权不得作为其他或后续违约行为的弃权。
16. 新报业媒体可以随时自行决定更改，修改或修订订阅条款与条件，和/或终止或撤回此订阅活动，恕不另行通知。
17. 条款与条件应受新加坡法律约束，并且您同意将根据这些条款产生的任何争议将被提交给新加坡法院受理。

1. These Standard Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Standard Terms”) govern your subscription(s) to newspapers published by SPH Media Limited and its successors-in-title (“SPH Media”), irrespective of the delivery platform or means of access. SPH Media has the right to amend these Standard Terms from time to time by posting any amendments on its website, and you agree to be bound by these amendments.

2. You must be 18 years old and above to subscribe to our services. If you are below 18 years old, please get your parent or guardian to undertake the subscription. You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to these Standard Terms and you are either;

(a) using and/or accessing the subscription and contracting in your own personal capacity;

(b) using and/or accessing the subscription and contracting on behalf of a corporate entity; or

(c) contracting as parent or guardian of a child or ward who is less than 18 years old and who is using and/or accessing the subscription, in which event you agree as his/her parent/guardian, both in your personal capacity and on behalf of your child/ward, to be bound by these Standard Terms and to be liable for your child’s or ward’s acts and omissions while using and/or accessing the subscription, and you also agree to ensure that your child or ward observes these Standard Terms.

3. You also agree to be bound by any specific terms governing payment, subscription fees, minimum subscription periods, entitlements to any gift or premium under any promotion, termination fees and delivery fees which are applicable to your subscription as set out in our application forms for the relevant subscription packages and payment terms you have selected.

4. SPH Media has the right to vary subscription fees payable or any other term relating to your subscription from time to time upon giving you at least 1 month’s prior notice.

5. Please take note that if you have opted to take delivery of the print edition of your subscribed newspapers, the applicable Delivery Fee, once charged, is non-refundable. Delivery Fees are charged by residential type, and will be charged per subscriber account per delivery address.

6. You should receive a letter acknowledging your subscription within 30 days of confirming your subscription.

7. All subscription fees are due in advance. Please ensure that payment is made and cleared by your bank before each monthly/annual recurring payment is due. For payments by credit card, your credit card account must be in good standing and remain valid for the monthly/annual charge(s) to be debited successfully. If your credit card has expired, or if you wish to use a different credit card, you must notify us promptly by contacting our Customer Experience Team at least 14 days before your next subscription fee payment is due. If you fail to provide us such notice in a timely manner, you shall be liable for any prevailing administrative, termination or other fees which SPH Media may impose in accordance with clause 10 below.

8. You may cancel your subscription to the Package at any time after the Minimum Subscription Period. However, you agree that your subscription to the Package will continue and be renewed automatically on a monthly or yearly basis (depending on the payment plan you select) until you expressly instruct us that you wish to cancel your subscription by providing us with at least 30 days’ prior notice in one of the following ways: (a) in writing and sent by post to “Customer Experience Team, Consumer Division, SPH Media Ltd, 1000 Toa Payoh North Annexe Level 6, News Centre, Singapore 318994”; or (b) by calling our Customer Experience Team at 6388 3838; or (c) by emailing us at circs@sph.com.sg. If the minimum subscription period applicable to your subscription has not yet expired as at the date of such termination, the prevailing administrative, termination or other fees shall also be due and payable by you. Unless otherwise stated by SPH Media, any renewal of your subscription will be on the prevailing subscription terms.

9. If timely payment of your subscription fees or other payments due from you is not made for any reason, or if you breach any other terms and conditions that are applicable to your subscription, SPH Media may, without prejudice to its rights and remedies at law to recover any sums due from you, suspend or terminate your subscription without further notice or obligation to you and you may be subject to the prevailing administrative, termination or other fees.

10. If you experience any issues pertaining to delivery of newspapers (including but not limited to non-delivery of print editions of newspapers), please alert us promptly by contacting our Customer Experience Team no later than two (2) days after the date of the newspaper(s) in question.

11. In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies in your invoice/statement/records relating to the payment for your subscription, you must notify us promptly by contacting our Customer Experience Team no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice/statement/records for us to investigate into the matter, otherwise our records shall be conclusive of the amounts due from you and we will not entertain any disputes in relation to the same.

12. You confirm that the information provided in your subscription application form is true and correct at the point of application, and undertake to promptly inform SPH Media if there are any changes to the information provided from time to time.

13. You may seek a temporary suspension of delivery of print newspaper(s) (“Temporary Stop”) by making a Temporary Stop request online at our website at https://subscribe.sph.com.sg/ (click on “Temporary Stop” option under “My Services” section). You agree that any Temporary Stop request (a) is offered on a goodwill basis only and is subject to SPH Media’s approval in its absolute discretion, (b) must be made at least three (3) clear working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) before its intended start date, and (c) must be for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and cannot exceed 30 consecutive days per request.

14. If you are a Print-only subscriber and your Temporary Stop request is approved for a duration of at least 8 days, SPH Media may in its absolute discretion offer a refund or credit of your subscription for the duration of the Temporary Stop, up to a maximum of 30 days per calendar year in aggregate. All-in-One subscribers are not entitled to any refund or credit of subscription for any Temporary Stop of any duration as they will continue to have access to digital editions of their subscribed publications.

15. You agree and acknowledge that notwithstanding any approval by SPH Media of a Temporary Stop request, SPH Media does not undertake or guarantee that all delivery personnel will carry out Temporary Stop requests without error or at all. In such event, notwithstanding Clause 14, you remain liable to pay for all newspapers delivered to you during any Temporary Stop period requested. SPH Media shall not be liable for any loss or damage which you may suffer in connection with any continued delivery of newspaper(s) or any Temporary Stop request.

16. By submitting your subscription application form, you hereby agree and consent to:

(i) the terms of our Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html as amended from time to time, and the terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Standard Terms by reference;

(ii) SPH Media, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes of processing your subscription application and to provide you with the products and services you have requested. These purposes are set out in the SPH Media Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html and which may be amended from time to time; and

(iii) the terms of our SPH Media Member Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.sph.com.sg/legal/member_conditions.html as amended from time to time, and the terms of the SPH Media Member Terms and Conditions are incorporated into these Standard Terms by reference. You further agree that SPH Media’s decision on all matters or disputes relating to or in connection with your subscription and any matters ancillary thereto (including without limitation payment, delivery, promotions or eligibility requirements) are final and conclusive on you. In the event of conflict between these Standard Terms and the SPH Media Member Terms and Conditions, these Standard Terms shall prevail.

17. SPH Media has the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions which may apply to your subscription upon notice in writing by posting to SPH Media’s website.

1. 这些标准订阅条款与条件（“标准条款”）适用于您对新报业媒体有限公司及其继任公司（“新报业媒体”）出版的报纸订阅，与其新闻平台或访问方式无关。新报业媒体有限公司有权不时通过在其网站上发布任何修订条款版本来修改这些标准条款，并且您已同意受这些修订的约束。
2. 您必须年满 18 岁才能订阅我们的服务。如果您未满 18 岁，请让您的父母或监护人代为订阅。您在此声明并保证，您已年满18岁，并拥有同意本标准条款所需的法律行为、权利能力、权力和权威，并且您是：
   （a) 以个人身份使用和订阅和/或签订合约；
   （b) 代表公司使用和订阅和/或签订合约；或者
   （c) 作为未满18岁的订户之监护人或父母签订合约，在这种情况下，您同意以个人身份作为您孩子或被监护人受本标准条款的约束，并对您的孩子或被监护人在订阅和/或使用服务时的行为负责，并且您还同意确保您的孩子或被监护人遵守这些标准条款。
3. 您的订阅在我们的订阅表格中所列出相关的订阅配套及您所选择的付款条件，您也同意并被约束于任何特别条款指定款项、订阅费、最短订阅期、任何订阅优惠活动所获得的优惠品、订阅取消费及派送费等。
4. 新报业媒体有限公司有权利在1个月前向您通知任何订阅费的调整或修改关于您订阅报刊的条款与条件。
5. 如果您一旦确定要派送所订阅的报刊，派送费完成支付后就不得退款。派送费将依据您所居住的住宅类型有所区别，且派送费依据每位订户的帐户及派送地址计算。
6. 一旦新报业媒体有限公司确认您的订阅后，您会于30天内收到订阅确认函。
7. 所有订阅费都是以预先支付方式付款。请确保您的银行户口得以支付每月/年的订阅款项。关于信用卡支付，请确保您的信用卡帐户保持良好信用并且能成功支付每月/年的订阅款项。如果您的信用卡已经过期或您希望使用不同的信用卡，请于每月/年款项支付前14天向我们的客服中心联络。如果您未能在款项支付前14天通知我们，您必须承担支付新报业媒体有限公司所要求的相关行政费、订阅取消费或其它费用。
8. 从您开始订阅报刊第一个月后，您的订阅每月会自动续约直到您向我们通知停止订阅服务。若您要停止订阅，请于30天前以书面通知我们，您可以 (a) 以书面形式邮寄至“SPH Media Ltd, 1000 Toa Payoh North Annexe Level 6, News Centre, Singapore 318994 Customer Experience, Consumer Division, SPH Media Ltd, 318994”；或 (b) 致电我们的客户服务热线 6388 3838；或 (c) 发送电子邮件至 circs@sph.com.sg。如果您的合约最短订阅期尚未到期，您必须支付行政费、合约取消等其它费用。 除非新报业媒体另有说明，否则您的任何续订都将按照现行的订阅条款进行。
9. 如果您未于缴费期限内支付订阅费及其它因素未能缴清欠款或违反任何条款与条件，新报业媒体有限公司可在不影响其在法律上之权利向您要求支付欠款或者在无任何提前通知下停止您的订阅服务且您必须支付相关行政费或其它订阅取消等费用。
10. 如果您遇到任何报纸派送问题(包含但不仅限于印刷版报纸未派送问题)，请于发生派送问题的2天内向我们的客服中心联络。
11. 如果您在订阅过程中，发票、结单或纪录有任何差异或不符合您的订阅款项，您必须在收到发票、结单或纪录14天内向我们的客户服务中心联络以调查问题原因，否则我们的记录则是决定您所最终所需支付的金额，我们不会接受任何的申诉及退款。
12. 您确认在送出订阅表格时所提供资料是正确的并且保证如果有任何更改都必须向新报业媒体有限公司立刻进行通知。
13. 您可通过我们的网站 https://subscribe.sph.com.sg/ 登录(点击”My Services”中的”Temporary Stop”)进行暂停派送印刷版报纸服务(简称”暂停派报服务”)。您同意这项暂停派报服务 (a) 是新报业媒体有限公司提供便利之服务且保有最终决定处理权 (b) 至少需在3个工作天前(不包含星期六、日及公共假期)完成暂停派报 (c)且每次至少暂停3天以上及最多不超过30天。
14. 如果您是印刷版订户且您所使用的暂停派报服务已被确认，并且每次至少暂停8天以上，每年最多不超过30天，新报业媒体有限公司将根据您的暂停天数退还部份款项或馀额退还。多合一综合配套(All-in-One)订户使用暂停派报服务，不得享有任何退款或馀额退还之权利因为订户仍然可继续使用数码平台阅读报刊。
15. 您同意且确认无论新报业媒体有限公司批准您的暂停派报需求，新报业媒体有限公司并不承担或保证所有暂停派报服务无任何差错。在上述情况下，无论您是否符合标准订阅条款与条件中的第14条，订户仍然需支付在暂停派报期间所有报刊订阅费用，且无论订户是否继续收到报纸或已要求暂停派报服务，新报业媒体有限公司不会承担订户任何损失。
16. 提交订阅申请表格，即表示您同意并接受新报业媒体有限公司可随时修改列在 https://www.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html 的隐私权政策条款，并且将隐私权政策条款纳入标准订阅条款与条件，作为参考; 新报业媒体有限公司及其相关公司（统称 “新报业媒体”）收集，使用和披露您的个人数据，以处理您的订阅申请并向您提供所订阅的报刊及服务。这些目的已在新报业媒体有限公司隐私权政策中阐明，并且新报业媒体有限公司可随时修改列在 https://www.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html 的隐私权政策条款。
    新报业媒体有限公司可随时修改列在 https://www.sph.com.sg/legal/member_conditions.html 的新报业媒体有限公司会员条款与条件，并且将新报业媒体有限公司会员条款与条件纳入标准订阅条款与条件，作为参考。您已同意新报业媒体有限公司对于您的订阅有关或与之相关的所有事宜或纠纷以及与之相关的任何其他事宜（包括但不限于付款，派送，促销或资格要求）的决定都是最终决定。如果标准订阅条款与条件与新报业媒体有限公司会员条款与条件发生冲突，则以标准订阅条款与条件为准。
