Lianhe Zaobao News Tablet / All-In-One May Promotion 2022 Terms and Conditions

- Participation in this subscription promotion (“Promotion“) is subject to the terms herein (the “ZB May 2022 Promotion T&Cs“), Zaobao News Tablet Package Terms and Conditions (the “News Tablet T&Cs“) and the Standard Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “General T&Cs” and together with the ZB Mother’s Day 2022 Promotion T&Cs and the News Tablet T&Cs, the “T&Cs”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the General T&Cs, the News Tablet T&Cs and the ZB Mother’s Day 2022 Promotion T&Cs, the following order of precedence will apply:
a. the ZB May 2022 Promotion T&Cs;
b. the News Tablet T&Cs;
c. the General T&Cs.
- This Promotion is for Zaobao packages set out in the table below (collectively, the “Packages” and each, a “Package“) and is valid during the period commencing from 2 May 2022 to the earlier end of (a) 30 June 2022 and (b) the date the number of Premiums that SPH Media Ltd (“SPH Media“) has available for this Promotion have been fully subscribed for (the “Promotion Period“) and , for persons in Singapore who agree to subscribe for, and maintain their subscription in respect of, any of the Packages for a minimum subscription period as prescribed in the table belowof 30 months and 18 months (“Minimum Subscription Period“), subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. This promotion is not valid with other promotions and bundle deals.

- The Premium is provided by SCI Ecommerce Pte Ltd (the “Premium Provider“) and made available to the Eligible Subscribers (as defined below), in accordance with the T&Cs. Notwithstanding any term herein, SPH Media reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline acceptance of the Eligible Subscriber’s order or application for the Premium for any reason or no reason.
- Eligibility:
Subject to the following conditions, this Promotion is open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents and foreign workers who reside in Singapore and have work permits or passes which are valid for at least 12 months from the date of submission of the subscription application.
4.1. The following groups of subscribers are eligible for this Promotion (“Eligible Subscribers“):
4.1.1. New subscribers (“New Subscribers“): Subscribers who: (a) are not Vendor Subscribers (as defined below), Existing Month-to-Month Subscribers (as defined below) or Existing Term Subscribers (as defined below); and (b) do not currently have a subscription to any of the Packages. For the avoidance of doubt, a subscriber is deemed to not have a current subscription to a Package if no member of the same household has at any time previously subscribed to the Package directly with SPH Media or terminated the same within 90 days prior to the date of the submission of the subscription application. For the purposes of these Specific T&Cs, a “household” refers to a domestic unit comprising members of the same family who have the same billing address and/or delivery address.
4.1.2 Vendor subscribers (“Vendor Subscribers“): Existing subscribers of Zaobao who are currently paying their subscription fees to a newspaper vendor. Upon subscription for a Package under this Promotion, these subscribers will be converted to direct subscribers with SPH Media and will have a new subscription to the Package for the applicable Minimum Subscription Period.
4.1.3 Existing month-to-month subscribers (“Existing Month-to-Month Subscribers“): Existing subscribers of Zaobao under an existing subscription plan with SPH Media which is renewed automatically on a monthly basis. Upon subscription for a Package under this Promotion, these subscribers will have a new subscription to the Package for the applicable Minimum Subscription Period.
4.2 The following group of subscribers are not eligible for this Promotion:
4.2.1 Existing term subscribers (“Existing Term Subscribers“): Existing subscribers of Zaobao who have subscribed for Zaobao under an existing contract with SPH Media which has a minimum subscription period.
5. For information on when your subscription to the Package will commence, please refer to the following:
5.1 New Subscribers
a. For applications received through the SPH Media subscription platform, subscription in respect of the Package will commence on or around 2 working days after the subscription application is received by SPH Media.
b. For applications received through call-in, subscription will commence either 1st or 15th day of the upcoming month (subject to processing time of 7 – 9 working days).
5.2 Vendor Subscribers
a. For applications received from 1st – 15th of the current month, direct subscription with SPH Media will commence on the 1st day of the upcoming month.
b. For applications received from 16th – 31st of the current month, direct subscription with SPH Media will commence on the 1st day of the following month.
- To qualify for athe Premium, you must: (a) take up a new subscription to any of the Packages, (b) agree to maintain your subscription to the Package without any change to your subscription package for the entire duration of the applicable Minimum Subscription Period, and (c) your duly completed subscription application form must be received by SPH Media within the Promotion Period. Requests for extensions of the Promotion Period will not be entertained, and applications for subscriptions received by SPH Media after the Promotion Period will not qualify. SPH Media has the right to determine your eligibility for this Promotion at its sole and absolute discretion and its decision thereon shall be final and binding.
- Each subscriber is eligible to purchase one Premium per subscription. Only one Premium may be purchased per household.
- SPH Media has the right and absolute discretion to substitute any Premium with any other product of similar value.
- All warranty claims in regards to the Premium should be directed to the applicable manufacturer or Premium Provider. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to this Promotion nor in respect of the Premium and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Premium.
- For information on redemption arrangements, please refer to the details below:
i. An email (“Redemption Email“) containing details of the redemption will be sent to you within one (1) working day of your successful subscription to the applicable Package under this Promotion.
ii. The Premium comes with a complimentary delivery service to your registered address. You are required to be physically present with your NRIC and digital/printed Redemption Email during the collection.
- Where a Premium is offered by SPH Media in connection with your subscription, the following additional terms apply:
(a) The Premium is only available whilst stocks last. Strictly no exchange or re-election of the Premium is allowed after the subscription application is submitted to SPH Media;
(b) You agree and acknowledge that no representations or warranties of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including without limitation the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, are given by SPH Media in respect of the Premium. SPH Media will not entertain any requests to issue any refund or grant an exchange in respect of the Premium that is found to be faulty or not fit for use or for any other reasons; and
(c) Premiums must be redeemed by subscribers in accordance with the instructions and terms as stated on the Redemption Email which you will receive provided that you satisfy all relevant eligibility criteria. A Premium which is not redeemed by you within four (4) weeks of the date of the Redemption Email (or such other period stated in the Redemption Email) will be forfeited. In such event, for the avoidance of doubt, your obligations under the terms herein (including, without limitation, to maintain the subscription for the Minimum Subscription Period) will continue to apply in full.
- Upon expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period, you agree that your subscription to the applicable Package will continue in force on the then prevailing terms for such subscription until and unless you provide SPH Media with notice in writing that you wish to terminate in accordance with the said terms.
- If you terminate your subscription to the Package before the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period for any reason whatsoever, or during the Minimum Subscription Period you fail to pay to SPH Media any sums as and when due and SPH Media exercises its rights under the General T&Cs to terminate your subscription, the following fees and charges shall also be due and payable by you to SPH Media upon notice by SPH Media:

- Unless SPH Media has stated expressly otherwise, each subscriber may only enjoy one promotional offer at any time, which may not be applied in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
- By subscribing for a Package under this Promotion, you agree and consent to the terms of our privacy policy as amended from time to time, available at https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html (“Privacy Policy“), and the terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Specific T&Cs by reference.
- SPH Media and its related corporations shall in no way be responsible or liable for any loss (including, without limitation, any indirect or consequential loss and damages for loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information), liability, expenses, claims and costs arising out of or in connection with the Premium, including, but not limited to, any actual or alleged injury, damage, death or other consequences occurring to any person as a result, directly or indirectly, of the possession or use of the Premium whether claimed by reason of breach of warranty, negligence, product defect or otherwise, and regardless of the form in which any such claim is made, save for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable laws (in which case that liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable laws).
- SPH Media may, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary, amend or revise the T&Cs and/or terminate or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. 赠品由 SCI Ecommerce 有限公司(简称“赠品提供者”)提供,并根据促销条款与条件提供给合格的订户(定义见下文)。在任何情况下,新报业媒体保留自行决定以任何理由或无理由拒绝接受订户的订阅或获得赠品之权利。
4. 此促销活动仅供所有新加坡公民、永久居民和居住在新加坡从自提交订阅申请之日起至少拥有 12 个月有效的工作许可证的外籍人士。
4.1 以下订户组别有资格参加此促销活动(简称”合格订户”):

4.1.2 报贩订户(简称“报贩订户”):通过报贩订阅《联合早报》印刷版的现有订户,目前正在向其支付订阅费,受条款与条件的约束,有资格参加此促销活动。 (在订阅此促销配套后,您与报贩订阅的《联合早报》印刷版配套将被终止,您将成为新报业媒体的直属订户。)
4.1.3 现有每月付款订户(简称“现有订户”):与新报业媒体签订的现有订阅配套(按月自动续订)的早报现有订户。参与此促销后,现有订户将重新订阅促销配套,并遵守其适用的最短订阅期。
4.2 以下订户组别不符合本次促销的资格:
4.2.1 现有合约订户(简称“合约订户”):所有向新报业媒体直接订阅早报配套并附带最短订阅期的早报订户。
5. 有关您的配套何时开始生效,请参考以下说明:
5.1 新订户
- 通过新报业媒体订阅网站订阅,您的配套将在新报业媒体收到订阅申请后大约两个工作日内开始生效。
- 通过电话订阅,您的配套将于下个月的1号或15号开始生效(处理时间为 7 至 9 个工作日)。
5.2 报贩订户
a. 对于在当月 1 日至 15 日内收到的申请,您的配套将于下个月的 1 日开始生效。
b. 对于在当月 16 日至 31 日内收到的申请,您的配套将于后月1号开始生效。
6. 要获得赠品的资格,符合条件的订户必须 (a) 订阅新的促销配套,并且 (b) 同意在最短订阅期内持续订阅配套,并且不对该配套进行任何更改,以及(c) 新报业媒体必须在促销期内收到正式填写的订阅申请。延长促销期的请求将不予受理,并且在促销期之后新报业媒体收到的订阅申请将不符合资格。 新报业媒体有权自行决定您是否有资格享受配套促销价,其决定为最终决定并具有约束力。
7. 在符合订阅条件的前提下,每个订户只能享受一 (1) 次促销并收取一(1)份赠品。
8. 新报业媒体有权决定用任何其他同价位的产品替换赠品。
9. 赠品是由第三方制造。 新报业媒体对赠品或其质量不作任何陈述或保证。有关赠品的质量和状况的任何争议应直接与制造商解决,新报业媒体没有义务协助或代表订户与制造商沟通。但是,如果发现赠品有缺陷,新报业媒体会在您收到赠品之日起七 (7) 天内提供一对一替换服务,赠完为止。任何广告和营销材料中使用的赠品图片仅供参考,若图片与实物有所不同,则以实物为准。
10. 所有与保修有关的索赔和服务应直接提交给赠品的制造商或提供商。除非法律不得排除,否则这些条款与条件中未明确规定的任何陈述、保证、条款或条件均不适用于本促销活动。并且所有默示保证均被排除在外,包括但不限于,对产品的令人满意的质量、适销性或适用于特定目的的默示保证,也不适用于赠品保修。
11. 有关赠品领取详情,请参照以下说明:
i.在您成功订阅配套之后的一个工作日内,您将收到一封电子邮件(简称“电邮”),其中包含有关免费派送服务的详细信息。
ii.促销赠品包括免费派送服务,在接受或自行兑换赠品时,您需出示您的身份证和电子或打印版的兑换电子邮件,相关人员需要验证您的身份证地址是否与您输入的帐单地址相符。
12. 如果新报业媒体提供与您的订阅相关的赠品,则以下附加条款均为适用:
(a) 赠品数量有限,送完即止。向新报业媒体提交订阅申请后,严禁替换或重新选择其他赠品;
(b) 您同意并承认新报业传媒对赠品不提供任何类型的暗示、明示或法定的陈述或保证,包括但不限于不侵犯第三方权利、所有权、适销性、质量或适用于特定目的的保证。新报业传媒将不接受任何关于发现有缺陷或不适合使用或任何其他原因的退款或交换请求。
(c) 在满足所有相关资格标准的前提下,订户必须根据您收到的兑换电子邮件中所述的说明和条款兑换赠品。如果您未能在兑换电邮内标注的日期后四 (4) 周内(或兑换电子邮件中规定的其他期限)兑换的赠品,将被视为弃权。在这种情况下,为免生疑问,您在本条款下的义务(包括但不限于在最短订阅期内维持订阅)将继续完全适用。
13. 在您订阅配套的最短订阅期满后,您同意遵照该配套当时的现行条款与条件,继续订阅。直到且除非您按照上述条款向新报业媒体提出书面通知,才能终止订阅。
14. 如果您在合约最短订阅期满前以任何理由终止合约或在合约最短订阅期间内未能向新报业媒体支付订阅费用,新报业媒体有权利根据基本条款与条件终止您的订阅,并且向您收取以下费用:

15. 除非新报业媒体另有明确说明,否则每位订户只限参与一次促销活动,也不可与其它促销优惠合併使用。
16. 参加此促销活动,即表示您授权并同意新报业媒体可不定时修改隐私政策条款,该条款可在 https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html (简称“隐私政策”)中找到,以及隐私政策的条款已被引用入此条款与条件。

- Participation in this subscription promotion is subject to the terms herein (the “Specific T&Cs”) and the Standard Terms and Conditions available above (the “General T&Cs” and, together with the Specific T&Cs, the “T&Cs”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the General T&Cs and the Specific T&Cs, the Specific T&Cs shall prevail.
- This promotion is for the Zaobao News Tablet Package (the “Package”). The Package entitles the subscriber:
(a) access to Zaobao Digital on the Device (as defined below);
(b) access to Zaobao Digital through zaobao.sg; and
(c) zaobao app access for Zaobao Digital.
In addition, for a limited time only, the subscriber will have complimentary access to Shin Min Digital through the same access points until such date as may be determined by SPH Media Limited in its sole and absolute discretion. This promotion is valid during the period commencing from 1 October 2021 to such date as may be determined by SPH Media Limited in its sole and absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”), for persons in Singapore who agree to subscribe for, and maintain their subscription in respect of, the Package for a minimum subscription period of 30 months (the “Minimum Subscription Period”), subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. - Eligibility:

Upon subscription for the Package under this promotion, the existing subscriptions to the print versions of Lianhe Zaobao of these Vendor Subscribers with their newspaper vendors will be terminated and they will become direct subscribers of the Package with SPH Media Limited.
3.2 The following groups of subscribers (collectively, the “Existing Subscribers”) are eligible for this promotion:
3.2.1 Existing subscribers who have subscribed for Lianhe Zaobao under an existing subscription plan (“Existing Subscription Plan”) with SPH Media Limited which is renewed automatically on a monthly basis (“Existing Month-to-Month Subscribers”) may elect to retain their Existing Subscription Plan and subscribe for the Package. Please refer to paragraph 7.2(b) below for further details.
3.2.2 Existing subscribers who have subscribed for Lianhe Zaobao under an existing contract (“Existing Term Contract”) with SPH Media Limited which has a minimum subscription period (“Existing Term Subscribers”) may elect to: (a) retain their
Existing Term Contract and subscribe for the Package; or (b) request for an early termination of their Existing Term Contract and subscribe for the Package. Please refer to paragraphs 7.2(c) and 7.2(d) below for further details.
- For information on when your subscription to the Package will commence, please refer to the breakdown below:
4.1 New Subscribers
4.1.1. For applications received through the SPH Media Limited subscription platform, subscription in respect of the Package will commence on or around 2 working days after the subscription application is received by SPH Media Limited.
4.1.2 For applications received through call-in, subscription will commence either 1st or 15th day of the upcoming month (subject to processing time of 7 – 9 working days).
4.2 Vendor Subscribers
4.2.1 For applications received from 1st – 15th of current month, direct subscription with SPH Media Limited will commence on the 1st day of the next month.
4.2.2 For applications received from 16th – 31st of current month, direct subscription with SPH Media Limited will commence on the 1st day of the following month.
4.3 Existing Subscribers
4.3.1. For applications received through the SPH Media Limited subscription platform, subscription in respect of the Package will commence on or around 2 working days after the subscription application is received by SPH Media Limited.
4.3.2 For applications received through call-in, subscription will commence either 1st or 15th day of the upcoming month (subject to processing time of 7 – 9 working days).
- To qualify for a Samsung News Tablet Device (“Device”), you must:
5.1 take up a new subscription to the Package or, add on to your existing subscription package in accordance with the T&Cs;
5.2 agree to maintain your subscription to the Package without any change to your subscription package for the entire duration of the Minimum Subscription Period (where “Minimum Subscription Period” is defined in paragraph 2 above to mean the period of 30 months) applicable to your subscription; and
5.3 your duly completed subscription application form must be received by SPH Media Limited during the Promotion Period.
- SPH Media Limited has the right to determine your eligibility for this promotion at its sole and absolute discretion and its decision thereon shall be final and binding. Each subscriber is eligible to receive one Device per subscription.
- The Package is as follows:
7.1 Minimum Period of Subscription

7.2 Fees involved
(a) New Subscribers and Vendor Subscribers
New Subscribers and Vendor Subscribers can choose to pay their subscription fees for the Package via the following methods:
(i) Monthly payments of S$34.90 per month if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE) model (inclusive of S Pen (in-box)) (“Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE)”) or S$24.90/month if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi) model (“Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi”); OR
(ii) One-time upfront payment of S$1,047.00 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE) or S$747.00 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi), for 30 months of subscription fees in respect of the Package. This upfront payment option is only available to subscribers who call in to SPH Media Limited Customer Service.
(b) Existing Subscribers
Existing Month-to-Month Subscribers who elect to retain their Existing Subscription Plan and subscribe for the Package may choose to pay their subscription fees via the following methods:
(i) Monthly payments of: (a) the prevailing monthly subscription fees in respect of their Existing Subscription Plan; and (b) an additional amount of S$29.90 per month if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE) model (inclusive of S Pen (in-box)) (“Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE)”) or S$19.90/month if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi) model (“Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi”); OR
(ii) One-time upfront payment of an amount equal to the sum of: (a) 30 months of their existing subscription fees in respect of their Existing Subscription Plan; and (b) an amount of S$897.00 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE) or S$597.00 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi) for 30 months of subscription fees in respect of the Package. This upfront payment option is only available to subscribers who call in to SPH Media Limited Customer Service.
(c) Existing Term Subscribers who elect to retain their Existing Term Contract
Existing Term Subscribers who elect to retain their Existing Term Contract and subscribe for the Package may choose to pay their subscription fees via the following methods:
(i) Monthly payments of: (a) the prevailing monthly subscription fees in respect of their Existing Term Contract; and (b) an additional amount of S$34.90/month if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE) or S$24.90/month if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi) as the monthly subscription fees in respect of the Package; OR
(ii) Monthly payments of the prevailing monthly subscription fees in respect of their Existing Term Contract and a one-time upfront payment of S$1,047.00 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE) or S$747.00 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi) for 30 months of subscription fees in respect of the Package. This upfront payment option is only available to subscribers who call in to SPH Media Limited Customer Service.
(d) Existing Term Subscribers who elect to request for an early termination
Existing Term Subscribers who elect to request for an early termination of their Existing Term Contract and subscribe for the Package may choose to pay the fees due via the following methods:
(i) The early termination fees under the Existing Term Contract and monthly payments of S$34.90/month if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE) or S$24.90/month if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi) as the monthly subscription fees in respect of the Package;
(ii) One-time upfront payment of an amount equal to the sum of: (a) the early termination fees under the Existing Term Contract; and (b) an amount of S$1,047.00 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE) or S$747.00 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi) for 30 months of subscription fees in respect of the Package.
This early termination option is only available to Existing Term Subscribers who call in to SPH Media Limited Customer Service.
Subscribers who opt to make monthly payments of their subscription fees in respect of the Package (i.e. subscribers who choose options set out in paragraphs 7.2(a)(i), 7.2(b)(i), 7.2(c)(i), or 7.2(d)(i) above) shall collectively be referred to as the “Recurring Subscribers”.
- SPH Media Limited has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the Device with another device of similar value.
- Ownership
9.1 (Applicable only to Recurring Subscribers) All rights, title and interest in and to the Device shall pass to the Recurring Subscriber only upon (a) receipt by SPH Media Limited of full payment of the subscription fees and applicable Package fees for the contractual period of 30 months and (b) satisfaction of the configuration requirements under paragraph 10 below (the “Configuration Requirements”). Otherwise, subject to paragraph 11.1, SPH Media Limited retains all rights, title and interest in the Device provided to each Recurring Subscriber and the Recurring Subscriber agrees not to re-sell or assign his/her interest in the Device during such period. In the event that the Recurring Subscriber terminates the subscription to the Package before the expiry of the 30-month contractual period, the termination fees in paragraph 14 below shall apply.
9.2 (Applicable only to Recurring Subscribers) At the end of the 30-month contractual period and upon full payment of the subscription fees and applicable Package fees and provided that the Configuration Requirements are satisfied, the Device will be the sole and exclusive property of the Recurring Subscriber.
9.3 (Applicable to subscribers who choose the options set out in paragraphs 7.2(a)(ii), 7.2(b)(ii),7.2(c)(ii) or 7.2(d)(ii) above) Subscribers who make payment of the subscription fees in respect of the Package via a one-time upfront payment and satisfy the Configuration Requirements shall own all rights, title and interest in the Device upon receipt of such one-time upfront payment by SPH Media Limited and satisfaction of the Configuration Requirements.
9.4 Notwithstanding that the ownership of Device may be transferred to you in accordance with the terms herein, each subscriber acknowledges and agrees that SPH Media Limited owns and retains all rights and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in respect of the KNOX programme.
- Redemption
10.1 The Device must be redeemed by subscribers through (a) the news tablet redemption centres designated by SPH Media Limited or (b) the Home Delivery Service, in accordance with the instructions and terms as stated on the Gift Redemption Letter which you will receive within two (2) working days upon successful purchase of your subscription (for New Subscribers) or the date of commencement of your direct subscription with SPH Media Limited to the Package (for Vendor Subscribers and Existing Subscribers), provided that you satisfy all relevant eligibility criteria. Devices which are not redeemed by you within four (4) weeks of the date of the Gift Redemption Letter (or such other period stated in the letter) will be forfeited. In such an event, for the avoidance of doubt, your obligations under the terms herein (including, without limitation, your obligation to maintain your subscription for the Minimum Subscription Period) will continue to apply in full.
10.2 Each Device must be configured by SPH Media Limited, or an authorised personnel approved
by SPH Media Limited, at the point of redemption. The Device will not be released to a subscriber until the KNOX programme is fully configured and installed in the Device.
10.3 Subscribers may not configure the Device and install the KNOX programme on their own. Should subscribers refuse to allow the Device to undergo the configuration in accordance with paragraph 10.2 above, subject to paragraph 10.4 below, they will be deemed to forfeit their subscription to the Package and a cancellation and refund will be processed within the next seven (7) working days.
10.4 Any Device, once unsealed and opened in accordance with the instructions and/or agreement of a subscriber, is deemed to be purchased and redeemed by the subscriber and the Package may not be cancelled and refunded. All terms stated above will apply with immediate effect and, if the Configuration Requirements are not satisfied, then the subscriber will be deemed to have terminated his / her subscription to the Package before the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period and will accordingly have to pay SPH Media Limited the sums due under paragraph 15 below.
- Loss and Damage
11.1 Subscribers shall assume and bear (a) the entire risk of loss and damage to the Device from any and every cause whatsoever and (b) any and all costs involved in repairing and/or replacing the Device on and from the time of redemption of the Device. No loss or damage to the Device or any part thereof shall impair any obligation of subscriber under the subscription, which shall continue in full force and effect through the term of the subscription contract.
11.2 In the event a subscriber loses the Device, he / she may make a written request for SPH Media Limited to remotely lock the Device and restrict access to the KNOX programme embedded within the Device.
- Where the Device is offered by SPH Media Limited in connection with your subscription, the following additional terms apply: (a) The Device is only available whilst stocks last; strictly no exchange is allowed after the subscription application is submitted to SPH Media Limited; (b) You agree and acknowledge that no representations or warranties of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including, without limitation, the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, are given by SPH Media Limited in respect of the Device. SPH Media Limited will not entertain any requests to issue any refund or grant an exchange in respect of any Device that is found to be faulty or not fit for use, or for any other reasons; and (c) Device must be redeemed by subscribers in accordance with the instructions and terms as stated on the Gift Redemption Letter which you will receive within two working days upon successful purchase of your subscription (for New Subscribers) or the date of commencement of your direct subscription with SPH Media Limited to the Package (for Vendor Subscribers and Existing Subscribers), provided that you satisfy all relevant eligibility criteria. Devices which are not redeemed by you within 4 weeks of the date of the Gift Redemption Letter (or such other period stated in the letter) will be forfeited. In such event, for the avoidance of doubt, your obligations under the terms herein (including, without limitation, your obligation to maintain your subscription for the Minimum Subscription Period) will continue to apply in full.
- Home Delivery Service
13.1 Subscribers may opt to redeem the Devices through the home delivery service (the “Home Delivery Service”) for a fee of S$15 per Device (the “Home Delivery Fee”).
13.2 The service provider will arrange for the delivery within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase of the subscription. All queries to cancel or reschedule the appointment should be made directly to SPH Media Limited Customer Service.
13.3 There will be a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts. If, at the sole discretion of the service provider, all three (3) delivery attempts are unsuccessful, you will be charged an additional fee of S$15 per Device for any subsequent delivery attempts requested. There will be no refunds made for the delivery fees in respect of the unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Upon expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period, you agree that your subscription to the Package will continue in force on the then prevailing terms for such subscription until and unless you provide SPH Media Limited with notice in writing that you wish to terminate in accordance with the said terms. Upon termination of your subscription to the Package after the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period, the KNOX programme embedded within your Device will be removed within a period of four (4) weeks.
(Only applicable in respect of subscribers who have an Existing Subscription Plan or Existing Term Contract at the time of subscription for the Package) For the avoidance of doubt, if there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the subscriber’s existing subscription contract and the Specific T&Cs in respect of this Package, the Specific T&Cs shall prevail. If the subscriber’s Existing Term Contract contains a minimum subscription period and provides that termination fees will be payable in the event of termination before the expiry of the minimum subscription period under that Existing Term Contract, the subscriber shall be liable to pay all the applicable termination fees under the Existing Term Contract and/or under these Specific T&Cs (as the case may be), in the event that the subscription is terminated prior to the expiry of the respective minimum subscription periods under the subscriber’s Existing Term Contract and/or these Specific T&Cs.
- If you terminate your subscription to the Package before the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period for any reason whatsoever, or during the Minimum Subscription Period you fail to pay to SPH Media Limited any sums as and when due and SPH Media Limited exercises its rights under the Standard Terms to terminate your subscription, the following fees and charges shall also be due and payable by you to SPH Media Limited upon notice by SPH Media Limited:
(a) administrative fee of $20; and
(b) termination fees of $900 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (LTE) or S$600 if the Device is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Wi-Fi) model if the Minimum Subscription Period is thirty (30) months.
For the avoidance of doubt, if you terminate your subscription to the Package before the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period, the fees in this paragraph 15 shall be due and payable by you. In the event of a termination of a subscription to the Package before the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period for any reason whatsoever, (a) all of the subscriber’s entitlements under the Package (including, without limitation, the Standard Product Warranty (as defined below) and any extension thereon) will cease and (b) all amounts paid prior to the date of termination will be strictly non-refundable.
- Unless SPH Media Limited has stated expressly otherwise, each subscriber may only enjoy one Package at any time, which may not be applied in conjunction with any other promotions or offers. The subscriber acknowledges that the Device is provided in connection with the Package and undertakes not to sell, rent, lease and/or distribute the Device.
- At any one time, there must not be more than two (2) existing SPH Media Limited news tablet packages (across all publications) that are tied to one (1) billing address. However, SPH Media Limited may, in its sole and absolute discretion, grant exceptions to the foregoing. Please contact SPH Media Limited Customer Service if you have any queries.
- The manufacturer of the Device provides a standard 12-month manufacturer product warranty (the “Standard Product Warranty”) in respect of the Device and the subscriber is required to register and activate the warranty online at zbsub.sg/warranty.
- In the event that the Device is spoilt or defective during the warranty period under the Standard Product Warranty, the subscriber is responsible for bringing the Device and original redemption letter back to one of the service centres stated in the Gift Redemption Acknowledgement Letter. More information about standard warranty coverage to the Device can be found at zbsub.sg/warranty; in the meantime, subscribers will be able to access publication(s) on www.zaobao.sg and have concurrent access to the Zaobao mobile application on one device. The subscriber agrees to bear all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of the Device at any and all times.
All matters relating to the Standard Product Warranty are solely between the subscriber and the manufacturer and SPH Media Limited will not be responsible for any discrepancies or changes (if any) in respect of the foregoing. SPH Media Limited will also not be liable for any direct or indirect claims, actions, demands or complaints, or any liabilities, judgments, compounds, penalties, losses, costs, damages, expenses, personal injury or death in connection with the Standard Product Warranty.
In the event that the Device is lost or if you wish to replace the Device for any other reason, please contact SPH Media Limited directly at 6388 3838 to purchase a new Device. The SPH Media Limited Tab application and KNOX programme are only available on Samsung tablets issued by SPH Media Limited and/or its authorised agents and service centres. SPH Media Limited and/or its authorised agents and service centres will not be able to configure a tablet or device purchased through other channels, to include the SPH Media Limited Tab application and KNOX programme on such tablet or device.
- By subscribing for the Package, you agree and consent to the terms of our privacy policy as amended from time to time, available at https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html (“Privacy Policy”), and the terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Specific T&Cs by reference.
- Subject to applicable laws, by subscribing for the Package, you further agree and consent:
21.1. that SPH Media Limited and its related corporations shall have the right to manage features of the KNOX programme embedded within your Device, which includes, but is not limited to, the ability to: (a) make modifications and changes remotely to the configuration, deployment and management of the Device’s interface, graphics, audio clips, editorial content, images and/or videos, and the scripts and software used to implement the KNOX programme; (b) remotely install applications (including applications from SPH Media Limited and its related corporations and/or other third parties) on the Device; (c) make modifications and changes remotely to the wallpaper and lock screen image of the Device; and (d) send you advertisements, marketing information and other communications through alerts, push notifications or in any other form or media on your Device at any time and from time to time. If, during the Minimum Subscription Period, you fail to pay to SPH Media Limited any sums as and when due, you consent and agree for SPH Media Limited to remotely lock your Device and restrict access to the KNOX programme embedded within the Device.
21.2. to SPH Media Limited and its related corporations, collecting, using and disclosing diagnostic, technical, usage and other related data or information, including, but not limited to, unique system or hardware identifiers and information about your Device, that is gathered periodically in an anonymised form in order to improve SPH Media Limited’s products and services, facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
The provisions of these paragraphs 20 and 21 shall also constitute your consent for the purpose of the provisions of the Spam Control Act (Cap. 311A), Computer Misuse Act (Cap 50A) and other applicable law, unless otherwise notified in writing by you in the procedure as determined by SPH Media Limited from time to time, including as may be described in the Privacy Policy.
- SPH Media Limited and its related corporations shall in no way be responsible or liable for any loss (including, without limitation, any indirect or consequential loss and damages for loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information), liability, expenses, claims and costs arising out of or in connection with the Device, including, but not limited to, any actual or alleged injury, damage, death or other consequences occurring to any person as a result, directly or indirectly, of the possession or use of the Device whether claimed by reason of breach of warranty, negligence, product defect or otherwise, and regardless of the form in which any such claim is made, save for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable laws (in which case that liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable laws).
- SPH Media Limited may, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary, amend or revise the T&Cs and/or terminate or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

9.3(适用于选择上述第7.2(a)(ii), 7.2(b)(ii),7.2(c)(ii) 或 7.2(d)(ii) 段所列出的多有订户)支付订阅费和适用配套订阅费之订户在新报业媒体收到一次性全额付款后并完成所有设备设置之后,应拥有设备的所有权利,所有权和权益。
9.4 尽管设备的所有权将会根据此条款与条件转交给订户,每个订户承认和同意新报业媒体将会持有和保留所有权利和利益,包括全部知识产权,即平板电子报应用和使用KNOX程序。
- 兑换平板电脑
10.1 订户必须根据平板电脑兑换通知书中所述的说明和条款,通过以下两种方式兑换平板电脑:(a)前往新报业媒体指定的兑换中心或(b)派送服务。 新订户在订阅后的2个工作日内收到平板电脑兑换通知书,现有订户和报贩订户将在您的订阅合约正式开始后收到平板电脑兑换通知书。如果您未能在平板电脑兑换通知书发出日期(或信函中规定的其他期限)后四 (4) 周内兑换,您的资格将被取消。在这种情况下,为免生疑问,您在此条款下的义务(包括但不限于您在最短订阅期内维持订阅的义务)将继续适用。
10.2 您在兑换平板电脑时,必须由新报业媒体或其批准的授权人员设置您的平板电脑。在设置成功或在平板电脑中成功安装KNOX程序之前,兑换中心将不会把该平板电脑交给订户。
10.3 订户不允许自行配置设备并安装KNOX程序。如果订户不允许注册设备或完成段落10.2及以上的认证程序,按照下文第10.4条的规定,则他/她将被视为放弃订阅此配套,新报业媒体将会在7个工作日内取消配套订阅并退款。
10.4 任何设备,在获得订户同意之后,一旦开封,将会被认为订户以付款并兑换,将不能够取消或者退款。上述条款将会立即生效,如果订户不同意新报业媒体的设置,则将会被认为提前终止此订阅配套。此订户需向新报业媒体支付下述15条款中的金额。
- 丢失和损坏
11.1 订户应承担(a)因任何原因对平板电脑造成的全部损失和损坏风险,以及(b)兑换后,对平板电脑修理和/或更换零件所涉及的任何和所有费用。平板电脑或其任何部分的损失或损坏均不应打断订户对订阅的任何义务,该订阅将在订阅合约到期内继续完全有效。
11.2 如果订户遗失了平板电脑,他/她可以书面要求新报业媒体远程锁定平板电脑并限制对设备内安装的KNOX程序的访问。
- 新报业媒体所提供的平板电子报订阅配套与平板电脑,并适用于以下附加条款与条件:(a)订阅配套售完为止,订户在向新报业媒体提交订阅申请后,不得更换附送的平板电脑。(b) 您了解与同意新报业媒体所提供平板不会给予任何形式、暗示、明示或法定的担保或维修服务,包括但不限定保障不侵犯第三方权利、所有权、商业适售性、商品满意度及特定目的的适用性。对于任何发现有缺陷或不适合使用的设备或任何其他原因,新报业媒体不会提供任何退款或交换服务。(c) 新订户在订阅后的3个工作日内收到平板电脑兑换通知书,现有订户和报贩订户将在您的订阅合约正式开始后收到平板电脑兑换通知书。您必需按兑换书的指示在指定日期及地点兑换平板。所有电子平板于活动结束后4周内(或兑换通知书中指定期限内)未被兑换将被取消资格。若兑换平板资格被取消,订户须继续完成此条款与条件所要求之义务(包括但不仅限于维持合约中所指定的最短订阅期)。
- 派送服务
13.1 订户可以选择平板电脑派送上门服务(以下简称“派送服务”),费用为$15(简称“派送费”)。
13.2 派送团队将从订阅之日起7个工作日内安排派送平板电脑。所有取消或重新安排派送的请求需要联系新报业媒体客户服务团队。
13.3 每位订户最多有三(3)次的派送机会。如果派送团队决定所有三(3)次派送尝试均未成功,您则需要额外支付$15的派送费。如果派送不成功,订户不可要求退款。
- 当您的订阅合约到期后,您同意且根据当时的条款与条件继续维持同一份报刊订阅配套 (简称”合约订阅配套”) 直到您以书面通知新报业媒体终止合约及其条款与条件。在取消订阅之后,您的平板与KNOX的绑定程序将在4个星期内被删除。(仅适用于订阅平板电脑配套时已经与《联合早报》签订订阅合约的订户)为免生疑问,如订户现有订购合约的条款与条件和特定条款与条件之间存在任何不一致,则以特定条款与条件为准。如果订户的现有订阅合约包含最短订阅期,并要在该订阅合约规定的最短订阅期届满之前终止订阅,则订户应支付该订阅合约适用的合约取消费。如果订户在现有订阅合约和/或平板电脑配套的特定条款与条件(视情况而定)的相应最短订阅期限到期之前终止订阅,则订户应负责支付所有适用的合约取消费。
- 如果您在合约最短订阅期满前以任何理由终止合约或在合约最短订阅期间内未能向新报业媒体支付订阅费用,新报业媒体有权利根据基本条款与条件终止您的订阅,并且向您收取以下费用:
a. 行政费 $20;
b. 如果您的设备是三星Galaxy Tab S6 Lite(LTE)型号,30个月合约取消费为$900;如果您的设备是三星Galaxy Tab A8(Wi-Fi)型号,30个月合约取消费为$600。
为避免疑义,如果订户在最短订阅期满前终止合约,则第15段中的费用应由订户支付。不论何种原因,在最短订阅期到期之前取消配套订阅 (a) 在此配套下所有的订户权益(包含但不仅限于标准产品保修(下述)和任何延长保修)将会停止 (b) 在合约终止之前所付的任何款项,新报业媒体将不予以退款。
- 除非新报业媒体另有明确说明,否则每位订户只限参与一次促销活动,也不可与其它促销优惠合併使用。平板电脑是与配套一起提供给每位订户,订户同意不出售,出租,租赁和/或分销平板电脑。
- 在任何情况下,与一 (1) 个帐单地址相关联的现有平板电子报配套(包括跨报配套)不得超过两 (2) 个。但是,新报业媒体可全权决定授予上述例外情况。如有任何疑问,请联系新报业媒体客户服务部门。
- 设备制造商提供有关设备的12个月制造商标准产品保修(简称“标准产品保修”),并且要求订户上网 zbsub.sg/warranty 完成在线注册和激活标准产品保修。
- 订户的平板电脑在12个月的标准产品保修期(保修的初始日期以兑换日期为准)之内出现任何问题,订户请携带兑换通知书和平板电脑直接送到兑换通知书中所述的三星维修服务中心。若要了解更多关于标准产品保修服务的覆盖范围,请上网 zbsub.sg/warranty 查看。在维修期间,订户可上网 www.zaobao.sg 和同时登录一台智能装置,通过早报应用阅读《联合早报》的内容 。如果设备故障在三星标准维修服务范围之外,则订户需承担与维修或更换平板电脑有关的费用和开支。有关标准产品保修事宜,仅限于订户和制造商之间,对于以后发生的设备的变化和故障,新报业媒体将不负担任何责任。同时新报业媒体对于由标准产品保修所造成的任何直接或者间接的投诉,责任,损失,个人损害或者死亡不承担任何责任。
如果平板电脑丢失或由于其他任何原因希望更换平板电脑,请直接致电 6388 3838 与新报业媒体联系以购买新的平板电脑。 SPHtab应用程序和KNOX程序仅在新报业媒体和/或其授权代理商和服务中心发行的三星平板电脑上适用。新报业媒体和/或其授权代理和服务中心将无法配置通过其他渠道购买的平板电脑,并无法在此类平板电脑上植入SPHtab应用程序和KNOX程序。

21.2. 授权新报业媒体及其相关公司,收集,使用与技术有关,使用情况和其他相关数据或信息,包括但不限于特定系统或硬件标识符以及与您的设备有关的信息,这些数据或信息会以匿名形式定期收集,以便新报业媒体改善平板电子报应用、服务、软件更新、产品支持以及达到隐私政策中规定的目的。

1. These Standard Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Standard Terms”) govern your subscription(s) to newspapers published by SPH Media Limited and its successors-in-title (“SPH Media”), irrespective of the delivery platform or means of access. SPH Media has the right to amend these Standard Terms from time to time by posting any amendments on its website, and you agree to be bound by these amendments.
2. You must be 18 years old and above to subscribe to our services. If you are below 18 years old, please get your parent or guardian to undertake the subscription. You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to these Standard Terms and you are either;
(a) using and/or accessing the subscription and contracting in your own personal capacity;
(b) using and/or accessing the subscription and contracting on behalf of a corporate entity; or
(c) contracting as parent or guardian of a child or ward who is less than 18 years old and who is using and/or accessing the subscription, in which event you agree as his/her parent/guardian, both in your personal capacity and on behalf of your child/ward, to be bound by these Standard Terms and to be liable for your child’s or ward’s acts and omissions while using and/or accessing the subscription, and you also agree to ensure that your child or ward observes these Standard Terms.
3. You also agree to be bound by any specific terms governing payment, subscription fees, minimum subscription periods, entitlements to any gift or premium under any promotion, termination fees and delivery fees which are applicable to your subscription as set out in our application forms for the relevant subscription packages and payment terms you have selected.
4. SPH Media has the right to vary subscription fees payable or any other term relating to your subscription from time to time upon giving you at least 1 month’s prior notice.
5. Please take note that if you have opted to take delivery of the print edition of your subscribed newspapers, the applicable Delivery Fee, once charged, is non-refundable. Delivery Fees are charged by residential type, and will be charged per subscriber account per delivery address.
6. You should receive a letter acknowledging your subscription within 30 days of confirming your subscription.
7. All subscription fees are due in advance. Please ensure that payment is made and cleared by your bank before each monthly/annual recurring payment is due. For payments by credit card, your credit card account must be in good standing and remain valid for the monthly/annual charge(s) to be debited successfully. If your credit card has expired, or if you wish to use a different credit card, you must notify us promptly by contacting our Customer Experience Team at least 14 days before your next subscription fee payment is due. If you fail to provide us such notice in a timely manner, you shall be liable for any prevailing administrative, termination or other fees which SPH Media may impose in accordance with clause 10 below.
8. You may cancel your subscription to the Package at any time after the Minimum Subscription Period. However, you agree that your subscription to the Package will continue and be renewed automatically on a monthly or yearly basis (depending on the payment plan you select) until you expressly instruct us that you wish to cancel your subscription by providing us with at least 30 days’ prior notice in one of the following ways: (a) in writing and sent by post to “Customer Experience Team, Consumer Division, SPH Media Ltd, 1000 Toa Payoh North Annexe Level 6, News Centre, Singapore 318994”; or (b) by calling our Customer Experience Team at 6388 3838; or (c) by emailing us at circs@sph.com.sg. If the minimum subscription period applicable to your subscription has not yet expired as at the date of such termination, the prevailing administrative, termination or other fees shall also be due and payable by you. Unless otherwise stated by SPH Media, any renewal of your subscription will be on the prevailing subscription terms.
9. If timely payment of your subscription fees or other payments due from you is not made for any reason, or if you breach any other terms and conditions that are applicable to your subscription, SPH Media may, without prejudice to its rights and remedies at law to recover any sums due from you, suspend or terminate your subscription without further notice or obligation to you and you may be subject to the prevailing administrative, termination or other fees.
10. If you experience any issues pertaining to delivery of newspapers (including but not limited to non-delivery of print editions of newspapers), please alert us promptly by contacting our Customer Experience Team no later than two (2) days after the date of the newspaper(s) in question.
11. In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies in your invoice/statement/records relating to the payment for your subscription, you must notify us promptly by contacting our Customer Experience Team no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice/statement/records for us to investigate into the matter, otherwise our records shall be conclusive of the amounts due from you and we will not entertain any disputes in relation to the same.
12. You confirm that the information provided in your subscription application form is true and correct at the point of application, and undertake to promptly inform SPH Media if there are any changes to the information provided from time to time.
13. You may seek a temporary suspension of delivery of print newspaper(s) (“Temporary Stop”) by making a Temporary Stop request online at our website at https://subscribe.sph.com.sg/ (click on “Temporary Stop” option under “My Services” section). You agree that any Temporary Stop request (a) is offered on a goodwill basis only and is subject to SPH Media’s approval in its absolute discretion, (b) must be made at least three (3) clear working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) before its intended start date, and (c) must be for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and cannot exceed 30 consecutive days per request.
14. If you are a Print-only subscriber and your Temporary Stop request is approved for a duration of at least 8 days, SPH Media may in its absolute discretion offer a refund or credit of your subscription for the duration of the Temporary Stop, up to a maximum of 30 days per calendar year in aggregate. All-in-One subscribers are not entitled to any refund or credit of subscription for any Temporary Stop of any duration as they will continue to have access to digital editions of their subscribed publications.
15. You agree and acknowledge that notwithstanding any approval by SPH Media of a Temporary Stop request, SPH Media does not undertake or guarantee that all delivery personnel will carry out Temporary Stop requests without error or at all. In such event, notwithstanding Clause 14, you remain liable to pay for all newspapers delivered to you during any Temporary Stop period requested. SPH Media shall not be liable for any loss or damage which you may suffer in connection with any continued delivery of newspaper(s) or any Temporary Stop request.
16. By submitting your subscription application form, you hereby agree and consent to:
(i) the terms of our Privacy Policy which can be found at https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html as amended from time to time, and the terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Standard Terms by reference;
(ii) SPH Media, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes of processing your subscription application and to provide you with the products and services you have requested. These purposes are set out in the SPH Media Privacy Policy which can be found at https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html and which may be amended from time to time; and
(iii) the terms of our SPH Media Member Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/member_conditions.html as amended from time to time, and the terms of the SPH Media Member Terms and Conditions are incorporated into these Standard Terms by reference. You further agree that SPH Media’s decision on all matters or disputes relating to or in connection with your subscription and any matters ancillary thereto (including without limitation payment, delivery, promotions or eligibility requirements) are final and conclusive on you. In the event of conflict between these Standard Terms and the SPH Media Member Terms and Conditions, these Standard Terms shall prevail.
17. SPH Media has the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions which may apply to your subscription upon notice in writing by posting to SPH Media’s website.

- 一旦新报业媒体有限公司确认您的订阅后,您会于30天内收到订阅确认函。
- 所有订阅费都是以预先支付方式付款。请确保您的银行户口得以支付每月/年的订阅款项。关于信用卡支付,请确保您的信用卡帐户保持良好信用并且能成功支付每月/年的订阅款项。如果您的信用卡已经过期或您希望使用不同的信用卡,请于每月/年款项支付前14天向我们的客服中心联络。如果您未能在款项支付前14天通知我们,您必须承担支付新报业媒体有限公司所要求的相关行政费、订阅取消费或其它费用。

- 如果您遇到任何报纸派送问题(包含但不仅限于印刷版报纸未派送问题),请于发生派送问题的2天内向我们的客服中心联络。
- 如果您在订阅过程中,发票、结单或纪录有任何差异或不符合您的订阅款项,您必须在收到发票、结单或纪录14天内向我们的客户服务中心联络以调查问题原因,否则我们的记录则是决定您所最终所需支付的金额,我们不会接受任何的申诉及退款。
- 您确认在送出订阅表格时所提供资料是正确的并且保证如果有任何更改都必须向新报业媒体有限公司立刻进行通知。
- 您可通过我们的网站 https://subscribe.sph.com.sg/ 登录(点击”My Services”中的”Temporary Stop”)进行暂停派送印刷版报纸服务(简称”暂停派报服务”)。您同意这项暂停派报服务 (a) 是新报业媒体有限公司提供便利之服务且保有最终决定处理权 (b) 至少需在3个工作天前(不包含星期六、日及公共假期)完成暂停派报 (c)且每次至少暂停3天以上及最多不超过30天。
- 如果您是印刷版订户且您所使用的暂停派报服务已被确认,并且每次至少暂停8天以上,每年最多不超过30天,新报业媒体有限公司将根据您的暂停天数退还部份款项或馀额退还。多合一综合配套(All-in-One)订户使用暂停派报服务,不得享有任何退款或馀额退还之权利因为订户仍然可继续使用数码平台阅读报刊。
- 您同意且确认无论新报业媒体有限公司批准您的暂停派报需求,新报业媒体有限公司并不承担或保证所有暂停派报服务无任何差错。在上述情况下,无论您是否符合标准订阅条款与条件中的第14条,订户仍然需支付在暂停派报期间所有报刊订阅费用,且无论订户是否继续收到报纸或已要求暂停派报服务,新报业媒体有限公司不会承担订户任何损失。
- 提交订阅申请表格,即表示您同意并接受新报业媒体有限公司可随时修改列在 https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html 的隐私权政策条款,并且将隐私权政策条款纳入标准订阅条款与条件,作为参考; 新报业媒体有限公司及其相关公司(统称 “新报业媒体”)收集,使用和披露您的个人数据,以处理您的订阅申请并向您提供所订阅的报刊及服务。这些目的已在新报业媒体有限公司隐私权政策中阐明,并且新报业媒体有限公司可随时修改列在 https://corporate.sph.com.sg/legal/sph_privacy.html 的隐私权政策条款。
